The Strada Club of the Philippines will be having a mini EB tomorrow, 8 pm onwards at Metrowalk.
Strada owners are invited to attend and be a member of TSCP...![]()
Guys,
Whats the significant of the DENR sticker at our vehicles. Does it have any violation if removed in case you want full tint in your windshield? Thanks.
To this date, It is only the Mitsubishi Strada and the Toyota Hilux that manifested their certification for being Euro 2 compliant. That is not a problem with the Strada since it is on fine print and for the Hilux, it can be found here:
http://www.auto-searchphilippines.com/ToyotaHilux.html
^^^ to think that it is not even on the website of TMPC...
Fact: LTO has imposed emission standards must be Euro 2 for 2010. Click HERE for reference (downloadable PDF file). and I would like to quote a section of the said article:
which is why the 4th Gen Strada has been certified since its introduction in 2006 with the L300 and Adventure lineup complying just a few months ago. The Pajero 3.2 has been compliant with a step higher with Euro 3 since 2007.Section 9. Valldity of Certificate of Conformity (COC)
For purposes of vehicle registration, all COCs issued under EURO I type
approval shall be valid until December 31, 2009
Additional Note: The 3rd Gen Strada attained its Euro 1 emission standards starting model year 2002.

mga sirs advance merry christmas. i just want to ask whats the best tint where you cannot be seen from the outside but will not also give you visual difficulty during nighttime especially during tight maneuver? thanks a lot.
Thanks!
Merry Christmas!
advance merry christmas din!!![]()
3m and solargard offers a wide array of choices...but I would say the best tint in the market would probably be V-kool....medyo expensive lang talaga but basing from the things that I have read....maganda talaga ang feedback...
I believe the dealer is somewhere in makati yata....LA something ang pangalan ng shop...
hi mam!
regarding naman po sa G500, tawag po kayo mam sa carryboy sa banawe their numbers is all over this thread hehe...but lets wait for the others who currently knows the latest price.....regarding naman po on picking up your husband from naia w/out the license plate....I don't see anything wrong with it....just keep the dealers plate on....and proof of ownership...in case mapara ng buwaya....and don't forget the line na....."special plate kasi kaya matagal ma process" hehehe works with people I know all the time kahit inde naman special talaga...
see you and your husband when he arrives in january! =D
If I can recall correctly what doc ooba99 said....the strada already passed through a 9 stage anti rust treatment and there is no need to have it rustproofed in your dealership(namemera lang kasi kung minsan).....well, not unless your living somewhere in malabon or navotas wherein flood is part of the citizen's life and Im sure an extra protection would be totally advisable...=D
HTH
