Thanks, sir ooba99! Been reading most of the posts. Learn from me? I don't think so. Sumakay at mag-drive lang alam ko. hehe

Thanks, sir chicco! Actually nag-down na ko nun Aug 14 but found out the next day na may lalabas na nga. Just told my SA to hold the PO. Then last Friday, someone rfom Mitsu told me na it will be out in less than 2 weeks.

I've been losing sleep over the last two weeks. Hope it's worth it...

    Europe

The largest pickup market in Europe is Portugal, where crew cab 4WD pickups have somewhat replaced SUVs as offroad vehicles. The introduction of more powerful engines in pickups, benefiting from variable vane turbochargers and common rail direct injection technology, have made interesting prospects in the eyes of the public. In France, Spain and Germany, pickups carry little cultural significance. In the United Kingdom on the other hand, pickups are gaining popularity fast; they are the UK's fastest growing vehicle sector. Through 2006 pick up sales have increased by 14 percent to reach a total topping 36,000, where overall new car sales are down by 4.2 percent.

seemingly, a pattern is coming about... i go on sleepless nights for work naman... hehehe...

don't worry mga sirs... all good things come to those who wait... i know exactly how you guys feel...

*nanofossil, trivia: sleeping in the new car was a trend that started when the Lancer CB (locally known as the Lancer Itlog) was introduced way back 1993 when husbands ditched their Master's Bedroom for the Lancer GLXi's... hehehehe... many years later, this is getting to be a trend again...

*5dreamers, welcome to the thread... post away and feel at home!

thanks for the email you sent a few days ago... that fiat truck may not have any correlation with Mitsubishi as of this time. But in the age of globalization as well as merging and joint ventures still imminent, anything can happen...

Sir, I've experienced this loss of power a few weeks ago. Pero I can't relate it to long idle. I usually notice it during sudden acceleration. I tried bleeding air from the fuel filter, and since then I don't experience the loss of power anymore. Just today, I travelled to Lucban via Majayjay (dami uphill), wala naman problem sa power. My question is... ano ba signs ng may air sa fuel line (system)?

doc boz, musta na ba? regarding your question - i can't say if this will hold true for the crdi engines but for other diesel engine types basically manghihina yung sasakyan mo, yung tip bang hirap humatak o makupad umarangkada... actually hindi mo malalaman na hinangin ang linya until maramdaman mo na yan eh, kasi yung sensor sa fuel filter natin will only indicate a problem pag tuyo na ata ang filter, pero pag may hangin ang linya wala namang sign... ako i usually bleed the line every change opil, so that's roughly every 10K kms.

Salamat tol. I guess I'll be doing this from now on. I read somewhere that the sensor will detect water in the fuel filter, no mention about air though.

Hello mga pare, can somebody help me? As much as i liked the Strada more than the rest of the pickups, I just can't help compare its backseat to the Hilux. Sorry guys, I know somebody will react to what I am about to say, but the Hilux's backseat is more comfortable. Is it possible to customize a seat cover that will make it more comfortable? Has anyone done it na? I really like everything about the Strada, but I want to make sure that my family at the back will be as comfortable as possible. Thanks.
