NAghahanap na lang ako ng may local stocking dito, kung sakaling wala baka mag parating na lang ako... will update you all on the price and availability when i have the complete details... ang inaantay ko na lang is yung fuel filter and oil filter ng fram... dihamak naman na mas maganda ang fram kasi compared sa mga sinusupply ng casa

Sir dont get me wrong but that is really the first even dito no one says na mas comfortable ang vigo kesa triton but i guess kanya kanyang feeling talaga but it will depend sa tingin mo maybe a vigo will do but i sudgest not to make a cover only to make it up to your standard seat mate makes a customize seat sila kasi ang gumagawa nag racing seat namin dati maybe they can make a custom fit one for you and your family.

Hello mga pare, can somebody help me? As much as i liked the Strada more than the rest of the pickups, I just can't help compare its backseat to the Hilux. Sorry guys, I know somebody will react to what I am about to say, but the Hilux's backseat is more comfortable. Is it possible to customize a seat cover that will make it more comfortable? Has anyone done it na? I really like everything about the Strada, but I want to make sure that my family at the back will be as comfortable as possible. Thanks.

You don't have to apologize, nanofossil. First, it is your money that you will be spending to buy for the ride, not ours. Two, it is your family who will be riding the truck, not us. We are just here to help and share what we know about our trucks and our experiences with it. Since you are in the strada thread, what we say may appear biased to some people. Well, I don't blame them. To each his own, I would say.

Hilux is a nice truck. No question about it. But just like any other trucks out there, it has its own pros and cons. With regards passenger ride comfort, I hope you will read these 2 comparo threads in full, before you make your final decision:

take as much time to explore... make sure to adjust the front seat as far and as close as possible-

in my book, there are only 2 pickup trucks in the market today: The Strada and the rest! hah!

to add up lang sir in what the other BOSB's has said

for practical reasons na din po mas mura ang strada kesa sa hilux ng about 250k++(GLS sport against hilux G) and for that extra amount of money, if you spend it sa accesories ng strada ay for sure magandang maganda na.

and with regards naman po sa seating sa back cabin maybe check it again po kasi if I remember correctly mas nasikipan yata ako sa hilux when I checked it....so better check it nga again for your own clarification

and for the biased opinion naman po

IMHO and according to topgear magazine na kababasa ko lang last night nung pickup comparo

the riding comfort of the strada is the best among the pickups according to them.

which I can attest to..... So I would rather pick the slight tightness of the back cabin which can be remedied by slight stretching rather than the travel long ride discomfort

elo po sa lahat dito...! tanong ko lang kung sino ho ba ang mayroong custom editon dito..may concern kasi ako regarding sa dual lid ng carry boy ng cusotm edition.. sabi kasi dun sa casa na yung isang lid can only be open through remote and pg hinde nka andar yung makina... is there any way ho ba na ma open yung isang lid na lapit sa passenger sit while the enigine is running...??? kasi mas masarap sguro kumuha ng ma iinum or whatever dun while wr'e enjoying our strada ride ng hubby ko... thanks agad sa mga mg re reply ..!

well said LR777 im about to say na ive read sa magazine pero nauna kana, and i agree 100 times. for me overpriced din yung hilux, maybe sa brand? id rather go for nav. anyways medyo OT na, it all boils down to your choice sir nano.

yes siiiiir there were some parts are not naman but mostly expensive kasi sa shipment daw blah blah then overcharge the item and also during PMS haaay ang mahal sa casa siguro pwede naman magdala ng parts then labor charge na lang he he hethank you sir Arvin Cristi

Your SA is not doing his/her homework... Yup carryboy custom edition dual lid can open via remote control (the small lid). you can do this even the truck is running.. it was connected on the 3rd button.. there is 3 button on the remote.. 1st is the unlock, 2nd is the lock button and the 3rd one.. for some it was spare, but for custom edition it was connected to the small lid. also, added to this the small lid is not a cooler or freezer type.. it was a small tin of metal sheet.. i don't know why on the brochure its look like a freezer type... better check this 1st.... if you put some ice here and later be dissolve to become a water... probably your central locking mechanism of small lid will be wet and damage..

Your SA is not doing his/her homework... Indeed my SA didnt do his home work... he didnt even bother to explain it... btw im so relieved to know na pwede pla ma open while the engine is running... and also the 3rd button sa remote ko says OPTION, is this the button to open the lid? if so may mga mechanism ba to open it and how? i was not able to open it yet pa yung small lid il try to check it out. totoo sa brochure pra syang cooler kung tingnan heeheh thanks nga pala sa reply..

Sir, I guess you're right. This afternoon, i put my Strada in long idle (mga 10-15minutes). Turned the engine off for the next 45minutes. When I drove it again, hinataw ko at 2nd gear and ayun, sumumpong na naman. A few seconds of power loss, and at hi revs, fluctuating ang hatak.

I went back to diamond motors and tried again the backseat and I realized that you guys are right. The backseat is comfortable naman. I don't have problem with the space, it was just the backrest. Kanina when i tried it, i felt comfortable, which i feel will be the same for my family. I mean its a pickup and not sedan.
