Yes, that is the Strada GL- wala syang 3rd brake light. actually, dapat nga yung GL may bed liner din plus the cargo frame since it is being used more for industrial use than the GLX. hello there. this is my first post. been reading your thread for sometime and noticed how you all loved your strada. been waiting for my unit since february, orignally 2.5 gls but out of stock till we finally opt for the 3.2 GLS. any comment on the 3.2?

Hello sirs wulf_geo and seeraulo, I have a 3.2 a/t. Mas magaan dalhin kesa 2.5 as per my test drive before I bought my unit. The difference of the P60,000 from the 2.5 variant at that time is value for money for the additional horses and torque, aside from the wider tires, larger rims (?), EBD, LSD, etc.

As to the fuel consumption, I get 7-8 km/L pure city driving and 10-12 in the highways. I believe mas matipid pa rin ang 2.5 variant.

Yes, they had to saw it off. I think it's somewhere here in the house. Nakalimutan ko na nga that I still had it till you reminded me, hehe.

Sir, common talaga yan sa strada yung uneven height.. ganyan din sakin nung una ang tagal ko nireklamo sa casa. awa ng diyos pinalitan nila under warranty. 2 coil springs sa front and 2 leaf springs sa rear, shocks yung dati pa rin. nung una pinipilit ko rin hindi pansinin yan pero may nabasa ako sa mymitsuph forum na pinalitan ng casa under warranty so i decided to have it checked also. pwede yan sir pacheck mo lang sa casa, sila mismo ang magmmeasure tapos papadala nila report sa plant then plant ang magdedecide kung dapat palitan. ngayon pantay na tingnan yung sa akin. bago pa coils and leafs hehe.

meron sub sir.. sa likod ng center console ko ilalagay, between the rear seat and the center console. 8 inch sub lang kasi yun lang ang papasok. papafabricate na lang ako ng enclosure na similar ang design sa interior ng strada tapos removable din just incase kelangan ko magsakay. polk momo seps, coax and sub, then hifonics amp ang combo. tapos JVC na A/V unit. problema hindi ko mapakabit kasi gamit na gamit ko ang strada.

wow. ngayon lang ako nakakita ng 2008 model strada.. ganda pala nung stock 17" mags, pang UK Warrior Edition na. pero ang gwapo din nung new mags niyo sir. congrats on your new purchase.

Theoretically, the 3.2 would be getting a better fuel consumption as the explanation offered by ThePatriarch. Probably this is true if the fuel consumption measurement is limited a running vehicle through and through. In reality, the larger engine that runs even if the vehicle is not running have a toll on the total fuel consumption. Just my two cents.

But don't get me wrong, I am fully satisfied with my strada.

Yup, DIY design. Marami ditong pwedeng gumawa niyan at pulido din naman. Pero yung sharp angle nung back-sloping rollbar, hindi kaya sa bender. Parang bevel-cut and weld procedure.

well that kind of design is easy to fabricate. our mainline of business is contractor and fabricator of stainless handrails as well as kitchen equipment. it is not bended but welded and finish it as if it is a whole, madali lang yan pag may design na pag kokopyahan or design ur own. my no. 09228229016 if interested.

AutoPlus at EDSA infront of the Freedom Monument is the distributor of Motul and they have this Motul 2000 Multidiesel (mineral) which they are selling for 1800/gal was not able to ask if they have the CRDI lubricant (tel no.7260399). El dorado (Bicutan-8229097/ Megamall-6314019) or Atco (Pasay) is selling the original oil filter (3.2li) for 850.

Sir eslonblue, the difference in height should not be more than 1 cm. Of course with other factors constant. This I remember from earlier posts and discussions in this thread.

Sobrang haba na kasi nitong thread, hirap ng hanapin. If more than that, you should have it checked with the casa. If truly more than the allowable height difference, the casa usually fix it for free under warranty.

Sir boybit you might be right it was most probably be the CRDI that they quoted me on at 1800/gallon and 540/li. For those interested just call them.
