Tagbilaran bay. I work in Manila, though, and only get to go home for a few days/day in a week. A mini EB is a good one, I've seen lots of stradas in Tagb na. If ever, I hope I can join you guys...sana matapat kung kelan ako off.

To all those who attended the 1st EB, CONGRATS! Inggit ako. Pero sa next EB, sisiguraduhin ko makapunta. Bahala na sila... Diba av8or5?

Miggytanya, I think I saw your truck in Talisay, Cebu. Nice ride. I'm presently in Cebu for a 1-week vacation. Dami rin Strada dito na naka-porma.

I miss my truck. Its been 7 days na di ko sya na-drive...

Nice pics, i saw one in Alaminos last Dec 27 with profile like yours, very beautiful. My own ute is 3 months old with around 3,000 km reading very seldon gamitin kasi my oversea posting rotation requires me to be away every two months. I was around when the 1st mini-EB was held but unfortunately not able to attend. Next April i will make it sure that i will be there, if there will be one.

Hey, on my way to NAIA via Dau, wheeew, without so much effort 120-170 km/H. Matatag, kidlat-bilis, 3rd, 4th and 5th gear ok pa and kung may 6th pa sana.

Some pics for viewing, ooops uploading declined due to dimension limits, will try again next time but hey look at my avatar.

Again more power to Strada owners, sulit as in i am very, very happy owning one. Ingat lang po.

Just curious , what the fastest anyone has taken the 3.2 li strada?
Got back from the nlex , was averaging 140kph
I took it to as high as 170kph , but I keep running out of road due to cars in front
The acceleration from 140 to 170 was pretty fast anyone think kaya ng strada mag 200kph with better tires and a sport lid sa bed or better aerodynamics?
My pickup is stock , so I can imagine the drag nung open bed at tankad nung sasakyan
I'm not dumb enough nor am I encouraging anyone to do this, syempre hehe
I'm just amazed that sa acceleration to 170 , parang laki pa ng maipipiga

I can sort of hear something in mine pero sa unang kabig ko lang and i think its coming from the right side. For example in the morning when I'm about to leave the house for work may tutunog bigla. but after that wala na. I even tried slowly going around and around like a zigzag in our warehouse pero hindi ko na ulit siya marinig. ganun din ba sa inyo?
louchua, pareho tayo napapansin. Pero mine is when I turn to the left, although very seldom ko mapansin. Isang mahinang lagutok, mas ramdam kesa rinig, parang may nadaanan lang na bato. Pero pag inulit ulit ko, wala ako mapansin.

Yup exactly the same, mine is also when turning to the left but the sound is coming from the right side.. more of a feel than rinig nga. like you said parang may nadadaanan or yung traction ng tire sa ground, something like that. anyone else experiencing this?

I also work offshore so I'm out of the country every 5 weeks. You may have seen my unit among the other 4 red stradas running around Tagbilaran. It's a 4x4 AT 2.5L. I just installed a thule roof bar on it. Actually it's from my previous Ford Explorer Sportrac because I used to do kayaking so I have the thule kayak carrier on those bars.

Kelan ba uwi mo sa Bohol? Ako sa Jan. 26 pa. Ano nga pala kulay ng Strada mo?

Curious question... How does the ride of the Sport Trac compared to the New Strada?

Kung sa 2.5, kayang-kaya ang 180kph or even a little more, yung 3.2 sigurado kong kaya ang 200kph. Magpipigil lang eh yung wind resistance.

Hintayin nating mag-upgrade yung mga 3.2 ng 18 inch mags para H or V rated yung tires, so they can safely reach or even go beyond 200kph.

BTW, ever noticed that there is relatively minimal wind noise at 180kph. Talagang maganda ang aerodynamics nung body.

I always hit 180km/h in STAR tollway southbound...stock tires but with carryboy sport lid na. Mine is only a 2.5L M/T GLS. What more pa if its a 3.2L. Haven't tried it yet with the 3.2L, but im sure it could easily hit 200 km/h, provided MMC has not programmed its ECU to limit it to 170/180km/h. Manufacturers do this obviously for safety reasons. And WE should to. Our stradas were not made to be raced considering the low rating of our stock tires. But once in a while, when the kid in our hearts begs, its engine is more than willing to indulge us in our craving for speed.
