^ at first i thought you got it cheaper too.. but when i calculated mine, i got it for 1.469+ also. Including in-house insurance (pioneer), 3m tint with full front, 3 year LTO with ctpl. They also gave me seat covers, but they were really ugly. I don't know if i got ripped off though, but they charged me an extra 2t for the ending plate since i requested for an ending 6. They showed me a list that says the LTO charges free for plates ending 7890; 1t for 123; 2t for 456.
So i would have gotten an extra 2t off, if i didn't pay for that. Did anybody get charged this also? i'm kinda annoyed at it because its the first time i've ever heard of a fee for choosing plate endings.

Racket yan. Hindi ko lang alam kung sino kumikita. Kung yung SA, yung dealer, yung runner ng dealer, o yung mga tauhan mismo ng LTO.
The line for plate ending in "8" is the longest of all, so your waiting time for the plate to come out if you request for ending "8" will be longer too. But I've never heard they charge additional.
Of course, may mga dealer na nagsasabi para mas mabilis lumabas, pay additional to expedite. Additional is usually PHP 300.00 to PHP 500.00, never in the thousands of pesos.

It's ok though, it's not an add on actually, your registration actually is extended for a few months more (your reg would expire June 2011 then they'll give you 1 year reg extension up to 2012). We're just basically paying for the pro rata extension from Oct to June.

But i got it through diamond, the agent from diamond hooked me up, and handled everything for me... Its just that the sale went to the dealership in cavite but i transact everything still through diamond.
