question lang guys, I do have a K&N air filter installed on my petrol engine car and i know it does really improve the hp and torque. Since this is my first diesel engine ride, do you think diesel engines gain the same added torque and hp as a petrol engine car? regarding the maintenance, d ba mahirap since you have to wash or clean it a bit often? Although medyo napabayaan ko na ung K&N ko dun sa 1 car ko kaya medyo makapal na ung dust build up.

Sir ching i presume that the rear diffuser painted to silver was also made/painted by the CASA? Anyhow its a fair deal.

Sir chng, which casa did you have that painted? How many days did it take them to finish the job. Parang nakuha nila almost perfectly ung color. Even with the color code known, some casas and painters can barely get the exact shade. The quality of workmanship depends on the casa and the painter din kasi. Sir may I know the casa and do you have a contact person there? TIA

Those who had their bumpers body colored, what shop would you highly recommend based on the workmanship and of course your overall satisfaction? TIA again

Hi sir sergi, i done it at Marcos highway, at first they told me 3 days, same as atoy.....but during that time july, it was rainning almost everyday,....it took about 1 week... i cant remember who, maybe you can PM sir stubby, he the one arrange for me...thank you stubby again...

I think you can try Atoy too, just look at ntyce monty, you shall know the quality.......
at first i plan to let atoy paint my car, because i need to claim the warranty for my monty steering shaft, that the reason i chose casa to do it together....

Hi sir, a good painter shall be able to match the color for you, i do remember Ntyce told me before every batch of Monty have some slight colour different...
just show you the picture of my monty body color done at Casa...

sir chng, i like what you did to your rear bumper and spare tire cover. looks a LOT better than the plain gray plastic. having the pseudo rear skid plate in silver looks beautiful. makes me want to do the same with my monty.


i just need to have all these accessories taken off first.

mga boss gud eves, ask lang po anong ma suggest niyo na HID para montero? yung pinaka visible.. hehe..

sir if u want to go for the looks "angas" go for the 8000k for both headlights and fog lights. but if you want good visibility you can use 8000k/6000k for the headlight and 3000k(yellow) for the fogs then don't replace the hi beam anymore para may back up when its raining. sir if you want HID's feel free to contact me 09228815002 thanks.

Hello sir, if i may just ask. Aside from the oem rear diffuser, do you also have the rear corner spoiler+mudguard installed, i see the body coded color on the sides eh. Plus how was it installed, aside from the bolts on the bumper was a double adhesive used? Thanks in advance.

If i may just add that this is the normal speel that casa tells their customers. Yes it is correct that it is a warranty issue but they also want to get profit from having to change your filters from time to time. I know alot of us here have experinces with filters and can easily differentiate an oem filter from an after market one similar to a K*N. Both are almost the same except for the material, oem gets destroyed eventually while k&N has a more stable element in it. Some even have screens to protect the actual filter element.

My suggestion (although its upon your discretion) if you wish to use an aftermarket filter, feel free to do so, and when pms comes replace back the stock drop in filter. Again im not trying to be illegal in here, but I think we know better on what we want with our car.
