Hi oliver1013, tell your bayaw to try AMCAR. Mitsubishi Dealer yan at Sta. Rosa , Laguna. Hope he can get it soonest. I was able to get my unit within 7 days (last Oct. 10, 2008). Kaya lang they informed me that the present local demand for the Montero Sport is more than 4,000 units and the plant can only dish out approximately 300 units per month.

I believe may warranty ang Mitsu natin from rust for x number of years. Three yata if I'm not mistaken. As you may have heard, most cars nowadays leave the factory pre-rustproofed. But that does not mean hindi mag-rurust yung car mo..... later on. For additional peace of mind, I think third party rustproofing is a safe bet against delaying rust.... if properly done. Personally, I go for Ziebart. HTH

Yup, butas sa mga doors (sa sides) para mabugahan yung loob ng rustproofing chemicals. Tinatakpan nila yung butas ng rubber stoppers.

They give lifetime warranty, but every year you have to re apply coating. Initial cost ang matindi, but the annual re-application is cheap.

Yup all the doors will be further rustproofed by Ziebart, over and above doing an undercoat. If I remember correctly, 9,500 ung cost ng rustproof ko, after discount. You can always call to inquire. Meron silang branches sa Manila, Libis, and Makati. I-google search mo na lang "ziebart philippines". HTH

hi is there a montero club already? wanted to join sana specially if there's an EB.... gandang tingnan cguro ng mga montero na magkakasama and doing a convoy.... parang parade of monteros...

just want to share, my fuel consumption is 8.4kms/ltr... daily trip is QC - The Fort - QC
