Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!

can anyone verify these?
thanks
Pass muna kayo diyan, sa 19500 para ka na nagpalit ng bagong evaporator and compressor, might as well wait for any part to break down. Maminimize pa pati removal ng mga panels covering the a/c parts.
our manual specifies the viscosity (most motor oils conventional or synthetic, fit this, e.g. shell helix hx5 yellow and up), it specifies an API CD OR HIGHER rating (the shell hx 5 has a CF rating which is higher). the ACEA rating recommendation for our Monty is A1/B1 A3/B3 A3/B4 or A5/B5 which is the rating for the synthetic oils. the way it was written (i think is an OR option) which means you can use the API or ACEA rating. The 2 are not equivalent, the API CD is an older "more lenient" grade which allows the regular yellow helix to be included.
most websites do not say use synthetic over regular, but recommend oem/manufacturer's recommendation for their vehicles.
i am still awaiting reply to my email query to mitsubishi motors about this. hope this confuses us more........
Hi guys,
Where can I have the aircon filter installed sa Alabang area? How much is it? Can any aircon tech install it?
Thank you
Sir meron sa MSCP, you can contact Aldrich at 09223711377. Installation is easy and can be DIY'ed. ;)Originally Posted by Jesto
19,500 pesos in my opinion is too pricey.... If you have installed aircon cabin filter much earlier, maybe aircon cleaning or specifically the evaporator does not need an immediate inspection and cleaning.... beside sir, if you have clogged or dirt accumulated problem with your evaporator, medyo restricted na rin po ang buga ng hangin and you can notice it..... Anyway, try to visit and read the posts in MSCP forum, one lady montero owner there have her aircon serviced/reconditioned, she just only paid 3,500 pesos including the supply and installation of aircon cabin filter... hope this helps..
zix, yung AVES sikat na aircon shop. though this is in QC area.
