Pros:
- better engine response at lower RPM. (I can shift earlier)
- better fuel economy (because I can shift earlier). From 9.6 km/L to 10.8 km/L using full tank method. Caloocan to Alabang daily.
- No more EGR cleaning needed (good for your pocket).
- No more clogged / dirty intake manifold. (good for your pocket again)

So far yun pa lang alam ko.

Based on my reading the benefits are worth the trouble but if it voids the warranty then I'll just leave it alone muna.

The earlier your egr blank the better, don' wait 'till your your piston ring will be acuumulated with carbon that would effect to improper sealing of your piston rings and result to improper combustion and further siezure of your liner due to blowby of combustion products. Blanking plate is installed that could not be seen by any SA unless you tell him.. Good luck, Sir.

Hi guys. What year po nag karoon ng dual aircon ang montero? Yung meron both sa 2nd row and 3rd row sa ceiling? Tnx.

I had mine blanked at 3k... I just wish I had done it a little sooner.

Parang mas madali po remove yung nasa upper circle. Though sa instruction ng catch can, sa lower circle ang pag drain, yung sakin ayaw ko naman baklas yung sa lower circle.

Sir miggy, only ran a few kms with it so tingin ko wala pa gano siguro oil. Nung kinabit ko kasi mas madali talaga remove yung sa may bandang taas. I even remove both of the nozzles pero never yung dun sa may transparent na hose.

I had my first minor accident earlier while driving from Batangas to Manila through SLEX. A piece of a RAV4's bumper flew off and hit my side mirror. Buti na lang hindi sa windshield tumama.

Sulit yung DVR na kinabit ko. Kala ko kase nung una may nambabato sa area na yun pero when I reviewed the video eto nakita ko:

Medyo naguluhan lang ako kasi sabi ni sir Vanguard bad sa environment while sir Zix said ma aavoid mag smoke belching. So if smoke belching is basically avoided then that is also good to our environment.

Sir at time na uminit na ang combustion chamber egr valve opens to cool it down to get raid of NOx formation into the gas emission. This condition can be obtain during cruising speed.
