    how about intake manifold? kasi yung tinagal ko yung intercooler hose ko na directing to intake manifold, puro carbon deposit. sobrang dumi. hehe kung babaklasin yung intake manifold, mukhang matrabaho sobra.

    Yes nga at napalinis ko na yan. Medyo maraming baklasan talaga pero damay-damay na kasi yung turbo cleaning, intercooler cleaning, washer mod at yung intake manifold cleaning. Hindi na hinugasan yun kasi malaki naman pipes, hindi ramdam na barado, flat screw driver, brush and some diesel fuel.

    afaik ang mga nagcacarbon lang na intake manifold are those units with egr (exhaust gas recirculate), kasi yung carbon ng exhaust binabalik sa manifold. jdm units and 2003 above model yata ang may egr, last time i checked my hoses super linis pa. unless nalang yung airfilter nakakapagpasok ng alikabok, dapat oily lang ng konti ang intake manifold, pagsuper oily need mo na oil catch can, malakas blowby ng 4m40 kaya oily. sa turbo yung hot side siguro ang nagcacarbon, hatawin nalang sa sctex para maalis

    Maniwala ka ba kung sabihin ko na P150 lang. Shop kasi namin ng mga trucks. Hindi nila alam maglinis niyan at tinuruan ko lang based dun sa paglinis ng casa ng strada ko before. So mura lang kasi katulong ako at may natutunan pa sila. Yung ibang pajero nga na nakikita ko dito, sila na naglilinis kasi sinabi nila nakapag-linis na sila.

    May EGR na din yung 4d56 at 4m40 pajero. Yung strada na 4d56 meron din eh. Maganda rin talaga siguro yung paglalagay ng OCC or oil breather para sa PCV para nga hindi maging madumi intake manifold. Tapos block the egr na lang for the old school diesel.

    meron nga EGR sa akin. kaso blocked na. kailangan ko nalang siguro linisin ng mabuti hehe and install OCC.

    with my FM, contented ako sa osram all weather 90/130 or 100/130 ata un with upgraded wirings, may tint pa windshield ko.

    glare galore talaga ang HID sa oem na housing, even sa mga nissan xtrails, probably due to the housing design.

    may nakita ako nilagyan projectors, angas! 3 pieces ata sa isang housing, parang sa mga late model land rovers

    PB, yung FM ko less ang carbon at oil sa area na yan dahil sa DevilsOwn. Laging nalilinis ng methanol so hindi na kailan hatawin sa SCTEX.

    kamusta naman hatak? mas malakas ba? and i've read somewhere na mabilis daw masira yung pump/motor ng devil's own. pero baka bad lemon lang sa isang batch yun. hehe

    rytower, yung pajero ko walang egr. 1999 model akin yung later models lang nalagyan sa local version. actually nagkakaproblem nga yung crdi na 4d56 and 4m41 sa carbon dahil sa egr. yung intake manifold sensor natabunan na ng carbon. di lang sa pinas pati sa australia.

    nelany, yeah bro advantage yan ng alcohol, paano kaya yung blowby from the breather, saan kaya pumupunta yung oil? siguro mas malabnaw na siya pag nahulaan ng alcohol then diretso na sa combustion chamber. nababawasan ka ba ng engine oil?

    Diluted na siguro. Yung methonol spray ay before at after ng intercooler. So far hindi naman ako nag to top up ng engine oil from the start.
    I have a OCC pero hindi ko pa na iinstall. Wala akong mapag lagyan sa engine bay. Yung pinag lagyan mo ng OCC mo ay doon nakalagay yung pump ng DevilsOwn.

    CB, hatak wise ay very responsive siya. Naka max agad yung boost base sa boost gage reading. So far hindi pa naman sira yung pump. Very robust yung pump.

    How much yung alcohol injection inabot sir Nelany? pa PM naman ng cost and where you had it installed...

    Been thinking about installing this kaso mahal sa speed lab..

    Sa Speedlab din ako nag pa install at ~28K during that time. Nakamahal kasi yung stainless piping na kinabit pamalit sa rubber hose sa intercooler. Bili ka narin ng gas container na nabibili sa Ace hardware (red color na made in USA, 4 quarts cap) para maka mura ka ng kaunti. Pa install ka rin ng boost gauge para alam mo yung nag o on yung pump pag nag accelerate ka.
