Hi Pajero Fieldmasters,
Plano ko bumili ng FM, yung nakikita ko na medyo ok usually ang description is Pajero FM 2006, Automatic, 4x4, ano kaya dapat kong coconsider na papacheck, and ano masabi nyo sa ganitong FM. Di ba mahirap mag hanap ng pyesa, of course considering second hand. Pa advise naman mga masters. Thanks
Better po bring your mechanic ung xpert, kasi madamika need i check sa pajero since its 2nd hand.
And be careful pala check the papers properly since madami din hot na pajero, and stay away sa mga conversion..

thank you sir for that info im a newbie and i cant seem to post in a seperate thread only reply , i have a 2001 fieldmaster local unit , umiilaw yung oil pressure indicator kaka change oil ko lang at nun chineck ko yung oil hindi naman nasa dangerous level , tpos umiilaw sya intermittent namamatay sindi, pag inapakan ko yung accelerator nagbblink pag binatawan ko nawawala pasulpot sulpot any help will be appreciated i hope oil pressure sensor lang may problema since almost 16 years na yun pajero.
Better po dalhin mo s mechanic ipa scan mo sa obd nila pAra makita saan ung error, could be nothing and reset lang nila but could be alarming na malaking gastus pAla ang nakaabang. Hehe
I think nothing to worry as long na walang nagbabago sa performance ng pajero nyo. Ung samin nun 1998 hangang nabenga 2 years ago aircon compressor and timing belt lang ang napalitan pati pala mga gulong na ubod ng mahal. Hehe

Hi, I have a question sa mga owners ng Pajero FM.
Does it have a (ready) transfer case and front differential?
Like in the case of the Nissan Patrol Y61 4x2 wherein you can buy a kit and install it for 4x4 applications.
TIA.![]()
^nope. Not as simple yung conversion unlike sa GQ and GU

Ah, ok. I think I know what you mean.
Patrol front suspension is live axle pala, compared to IFS for Pajero.
So there's a hollow void in the middle of the front suspension of a 4x2 FM, where the diff and axles are supposed to be, right?
How about the transmission of the FM 4x2? Straight forward ba? No transfer case?
I'm assuming here that you have an FM.

i was about to dispose my field master, but i changed my mind.
Now, I'm going to have it repainted at Mitsubishi to have a color like this one -
