Hi guys, new member lang po ko dito sa forum. Need some advise kung may remedy pa ung leaky na sunroof namin, seems common issue ito sa mga JDM pajero since nag-wwear-off na ung rubber mouldings. Meron na po ba nakapagpaayos nito?

Sir, mine was also at 1/4 level before I replaced the thermostat. After replacement, almost middle na cya.... almost nakadikit dito sa double line na ito ~

- Where is the best place to have suspension check and parts replacement? Yung tipong check/replace ng mga bushing, arms, shocks. -One stop shop na sana and what brands should I get?
- Yung 555 ba reliable brand? And what should be replaced ba talaga....baka kasi may dapat hindi palitan ng original parts.

With your requirement Sir. I suggest you go to Motorix sa Banawe. They have Original and Replacement parts din. Dun ko rin dinadala Paj namin pag may problem.

Hi Zipspeed, welcome to Tsikot!

If may umiingay sa suspension, usually sira na yun coil spring rubber sleeves. If kung sa may shock absorbers naman ang sira, usually hindi siya umiingay unless sira yun suspension bushings nito. If sira yun shock absorber mismo, usually may tagas yun langis nya. you can test this by if diniinan mo yun isang side ng fm, nag-continuous bounce ito instead na 1~2 bounce lang. it means na hindi na gumagana ang shocks mo, and springs na lang kaya bounce ng bounce.

With regards sa pang ilalim, you can have this inspected sa servitek or other talyer and ask for quotation. the fm should be lifted to have a free movement of the tires. usually kinakalog nila yun tire left to right & vice versa to see if there are unnecessary "plays" in the joints or the bushings. usually pinapakita naman nila if may play na e. afterwards if namahalan ka sa quote nila, at least alam mo na anu-ano ang sira and dapat palitan. you can go sa iyong suking auto supply to canvas the price.

555 is a reliable brand and i personally use these brand for my fm. just be sure to have the original 555. subaru imprezza wrc world rallye team even used 555 as their sponsor so, maganda talaga ang 555.

Thank you sa welcome. I think the shocks are ok since I did the bounce test and 1 1/2 bounce lang all sides. The SMH is still functioning but I do not know if that is still the same SMH quality. I hear sounds from the rear, so baka nga spring sleeves. May mga ingit ingit which is nakainis na kasi lalo na pag rough roads na. I hope ok pa mga bushing since I do not want to replace original parts. Yung front suspension I think I need to replace pitman arm and yung sa oposite side nya. NOrmally you do not feel the rough roads sa steering wheel but this time ramdam na cya. So I hope hindi din bushing.

Medyo weird lang since minsan parang solid pa ang bagsak sa mga simpleng lubak pero minsan naman parang ang luwag na lahat ng pang-ilalim. That is why pa check ko na. I guess I can go for 555 brand also.

May vibration din sa rear muffler and I was advice to replace transmission support (yung sa middle and side) but I had it checked and its still ok. Possible daw na worn out na muffler support bushing.

try to bring your pajero to wheelers... very trustworthy sila for me... para sakin malaking puntos ang trust pag dating sa repairs ng sasakyan
sorry sa pagkontra sir rockener... kasi once.. i went to wheelers... sa wheelers they can help you purchase parts or allow you to purchase from your own supplier... once sabi sakin ng wheeler wala stock ng original bushing for pajero ng supplier nila.. so i had to find my own... im not so knowledgeable lalo na sa mga ganyan stuff... so i asked them... ano dapat bilhin.. they specified for me to buy original only dahil.. madali daw masira ang replacement nito at masasayang lang yung ibabayad ko sa labor for press and install.... i asked pano makilatis ang orig sa replacement... orig daw kas alot of mitsubishi logos sa packaging.. malayo naman daw sa hitsura ng fake.. but they didnt have a sample to show me... so naghanap nalang ako
so nagtanong tanong ako.. alam ko mas madami mitsu parts sa kabila.. so i went there.. specifically motorix kasi alam ko mitsu parts dealer sila.. ayun pag dating ko dun.. meron daw.. and nilabas na yung order ko.. pagkalabas... tinanong ko... original po ba yan?? sabi sakin oo... sabi ko.. sir bakit wala po mitsubishi logo yung packaging... sabi niya sakin.. "original na replacement"... hindi pako nakarinig ng ganun na term... hehe anyways.. their price is "like original" but.. binibigyan ako ng replacement... ok lang sakin bumili ng replacement.. but I will certainly not be happy to pay for original price and bibigyan ako ng replacement... simula nun... bumaba na trust rating ko sakanila.. hehe

Hi guys, i have some concern with my FM. If engine is cold (from start) idle RPM is around 800. If i turned-on my a/c idle RPM will increase to 900. However, if the engine is hot (say after an hour driving) idle RPM with a/c is 900; but if i turned-OFF a/c, idle RPM increases to 1,100. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

medyo may kataasan nga since m/t, pwede pa tawaran yan.

tignan mo if sariwa pa yun fm and walang signs of abuse like cracks ng leather seats, gastadong steering wheel, original paint pa, walang oil leaks, ok ang suspension (s-m-h), one click starting, hindi mausok, working lahat ng electricals like power windows, power locks, side mirrors. working front & rear a/c. test drive mo for unnecessary squeaks, noise and wiggles. when you do test drive, i-off mo muna radio para maka-concentrate ka sa mga "hidden probs". test mo din if working yun "4H" mode nya. tignan mo din if ok pa ang tires since mahal din ang gulong ng fm.

dapat aware ka din sa location ng fm if flood prone area ito located. although mahirap malaman ang flooded unit lalo na if pinalinis na and pina repair na nila fm. siguro given na yun amoy kulob ang loob, or may bahid ng discoloration ang carpet, or may mud/sand sa ilalim ng rug.
