Sorry forgot the name but i would recommend this shop sa banawe. If you are coming from quezon ave go stariht papuntang orthopedic hospital. It is the shop just right after it sa kanto ng banawe and calamba street. When I had my other car fixed i asked when kailangan pa clean sabi sa akin advisable after 3 years daw

Napadaan ulit ako ng Betty Go Belmonte and bumaba pala ulit ang gas. 47.20 na lang so kahit 3/4 pa ang tank ko nagpakarga ako

Been on owner since 2008, my initial post were since page 10 of this thread...

Unloading my 05 Grandis, casa serviced since day 1... 93K mileage... very happy, very reliable car... hard car to replace... the only reason im unloading it, my family has outgrown it (no more yayas, and 1 kid will drive very soon)

baka lang may naghahanap... price to sell

Wow tagal den. Any major repairs or issues during your ownership. So far 2 years pa lang sa akin but no issues yet

still have my Grandis and still Happy with it.... 75,000Km... so far so good, all casa serviced so I can not comment on outside prices.

My not so regular service but part of wear and tear:

1. Front Rotors replaced at 60,000Km for roughly 12K... I just figured its a mitsubishi thing (I have several experience with mitsubishi) back to normal again after replacement and still good up to now

2. Strong Vibrations when in Drive but Full Stop, specially when aircon is on... they just cleaned something (I forgot) 1K payment only... Also use 95 Octane... its in the manual... Vibrations also occur when you use lower octane fuel

3. Changed my timing belt at 65,000Km... paid less than 20K

4. Im due for Transmission Support (next service) I heard its about 3K

No other surprises... but I feel these issues are part of wear and tear.

Also, some parts of Grandis are for indent order, they say that our parts are from Japan, I thought it was made in Thailand... but the sourcing of parts are still in Japan. This was true for my rotors... 2 weeks lang naman and they inform me BEFORE anything happened. Preventive nga... better service compared to other Brands I have experience

Long Term Update: 80K, 05 model Grandis

80K Check up is considered heavy service (all fluids including ATF): paid 10K
Replaced Transmission Support and Engine Support: 10K for parts, 2K for labor
total bill of 22K All done in one day

All my service is done in CASA... Relatively happy camper with my Grandis, no surprises, relatively good service and reasonable price (compared to others/CASA)

BTW - the transmission and engine support, night and day difference, totally happy that it was replace considering the age and mileage, its just normal wear and tear... now, car is refined even more!


Of all my cars, Grandis had no surprises, no issues... I do follow the CASA service of every 5K...

The only time outside of the regular check up:
1. Front Rotors at 60K Km. roughly 13K... this is also normal wear and tear for me... you will actually feel the vibration on hard braking.
2. And this recent service, engine and transmission support... this is also normal wear and tear for me... Replace was the whole thing... not just the rubbers...

Papagas sana ako kanina sa seaoil edsa qc, tapos sabi sa akin naubos na daw yung extreme.
Either naubos na talaga o ayaw ako bentahan ng extreme. Hehehe

Hello long time no post.

Tanong lang, less than 10k kms ang tinakbo ng sasakyan and i think matagal tagal pa bago umabot ng 10k kms( mga 5k a year lang ata ito tulad nung nabentang innova namin)
Advisable ba na mag 6 months pms ako o hintayin ko nalang umabot ng every 5k bago ako magpapms? Yung huli kong pms ay nung 5k kms nya at nung nakaraang taon pa yun. Mga august siguro =)

I would advice that at least you service your car 1x a year to be on the safe side, but I think sa warranty its 5K or 6 months which ever comes first so I suggest you can follow that as well to ensure na di ma void ang warranty mo

After one year or one and a half year of use ng grandis niyo, significant ba ang bawas ng brake fluid ng grandis nyo?
Pansin ko kasi sa amin from max naging min yung level

Spat after 2.5 years of owning the Grandis, 1x palang ako nag top up kasi pansin ko sa receipt with my PMS may charge for break fluid sa 20K check up ko. But sabi mo you hardly use the unit so it may be possible that may mabawas. Have it checked na ren to be sure.

Papacheck ko pag nag 10k kms ako. 300kms to go. Pero di ko alam kung gano katagal pa yang 300kms.
Although naisip ko din na baka malakas makapudpod ng brake pad itong grandis kaya bumaba ang brake fluid level.

Huwag mo ma pahintay ng 300 kms pwede na yan.i dont think malakas magpapudpud ng brakepads kasi nasa 25 k na ako makapal pa

Spat may technical service bulletin sa Grandis natin. Remember last year, my exhaust broke. Happened again. Yesterday may noise from the grandis and had it checked. May crack ulit the exhaust. Same place sa dati. At first they denied the warranty claim but after complaining found out na may technical service bulletin. Advice ko sa yo to have your unit checked
