Spat, thats good. Sa akin den no signs pa naman and never ako nag hard start and always monitored the water level. Tinest lang the battery during the pms and when they showed the reading nasa poor na. So I opted to buy na lang kasi mahirap den na biglang mamatay na lang the battery.

After a week of having the front windshield tinted with clear tint ok na den since it rejects a lot of heat and mas lumamig the aircon. No issues driving at night kasi clear naman and only issue ko is nahihirapan my gps to locate a signal

Ok naman so far. Just brought the car to Sir Gary to have my lights checked and adjusted after I had my bumper replaced. Medyo nahirapan daw sila kasi nagkaligaw-ligaw yung wiring. After doing the necessary adjustments, everything was back to normal. I just remembered my battery before nung pina-check ko sa Motolite, ok pa naman daw pero everytime I will use the car after a few days inactivity, I had to use the cable to connect the battery with another car so I had it replaced also.

Still having problems with the rats. I just thought that I had to solve the source of the problem which is sa ilalim sila dumadaan dahil open yung ilalim ng makina natin. Nagpagawa na lang ako ng aluminum screen that will block their entry rather than feeding them with Racumin. I'm going to observe next week if they can still go under the hood...

*J so anong Motolite ginamit mo? Was tempted to buy AC Delco but wala mahanap sa area namin. Kamusta na rat problems mo? How effective was the screen na nilagay mo, di naman ba nagiinterfere sa engine? I think you really need to poison yung bahay ng rats.

So I finally tried Seaoil as napadaan ako sa Quezon Avenue. Mura ha and around 49.7. Anyways feels more responsive than XCS. Went to Subic over the holidays and averaged 9 km/l. Baba nga but was driving a bit aggressively and most of the time over 3k ang rpm. If i've driven more conservatively siguro over 10 km/l

So I finally tried Seaoil as napadaan ako sa Quezon Avenue. Mura ha and around 49.7. Anyways feels more responsive than XCS. Went to Subic over the holidays and averaged 9 km/l. Re seaoil, ok pa naman so far ang takbo and mas responsive plus the fact that mas mura sya sa big 3. Problem now is hindi ako napapadalas sa quezon avenue and sana. May seaoil na magbubukas near greenhills

Thanks Spat. Oo mga to be honest mabigat my right foot during the trip and the rpm was always above 3000 the whole trip. The engine was more responsive.

My last 2 fill ups the cost was a little below P50 per liter and usually I would gas up at the Petron station but since ok naman takbo using Seaoil and cheap the price, I waited til arriving in Manila to fill up.

We've all been busy lately due to the holidays. 2 SM na Motolite po gamit ko (color Black).

I've been observing pa yung screen na nilalagay ko pero sa tingin ko mas malinis yung makina pag kinakabit ko siya sa ilalim though I'm not sure yet kung nakakapasok pa ba o hindi. Pero walang mga pagkain pag bukas ko ng hood everytime na kinakabit ko yung screen. Minsan kasi pag gabi na kami nakakabalik, nakakatamad ikabit yung screen sa ilalim kasi I had to fill some gaps para wala talaga siyang madaanan papasok.

It's good to know that you had positive feedback on Seaoil. Ako kasi nung na-try ko siya Extreme na lagi pinapakarga ko. Good thing there is a Seaoil station near our place. Thanks and Regards!

*Spat, thanks but hindi ko na na contact. Nagka error yung bank when they mailed yung insurance notification nila yung quote for the AOG clause 1 centavo lang and na realize nila the error when I called so di nila mabawi kasi na release na nila the quote. it saved me more than 5k sa premium.

*J buti naman and no more rats issue. Oo nga napadaan lang ako sa seaoil so I trued it and so far so good. Ok naman so far problem lang during the holidays sa byahe sarap ihataw sa sctex. Problem ko medyo out of the way yung seaoil sa may amin

Oo nga Spat, kaya kumagat ako kasi yung insurance premium naglalaro sa 23-26k. Kaya gulat ko na nasa 18K lang then Malayan pa the insurance. Previously Standard sa akin and ok naman Malayan when I still had my Jazz and no issues claiming.

Mga boys kamusta na and it has been quite some time. Anyways been trying out various gasoline variants for the Grandis to see which suits the car best and here are my findings:

1. Caltex Gold - used this for about a year and a half since may rebate ako sa HSBC and and daming Caltex stations sa Greenhills. Nothing exeptional and the engine feels smooth. Averaged around 5.7 - 6.2 km/l

2. Petron XCS - used this for 6 months and same with Caltex, the engine doesn't complain and similar FC with Caltex

3. Seaoil Extreme - 3 fill ups since Xmas. Engine feels more responsive especially during highway runs, poor highway FC because the engine felt more responsive which madet me step on the pedal more aggressively. During the xmas holidays trip to Subic, NLEX - SCTEX speeds were above the 100 kmh speed limit. City driving FC same as Petron and Clatex

4 Total - 1 fill up. I tried it since the station in Greenhills priced the Protec variant at P1 cheaper than Petron or Caltex. Won't use it again as the engine felt sluggiesh

5. Petron Blaze - Engine felt really responsive. I guess because of the high octane rating and the 0 ethanol mixture in the fuel. Downside lang is the price, but I only had 1 fill up and city driving at 7.1 km/l

Hello rafmac

Used caltex gold before. Then i tried seaoil extreme. My butt felt engine was more responsive using seaoil compared to caltex.
That is what i've been filling up ever since

Oo nga Spat for the price Seaoil taga and its about P2 cheaper than Gold and XCS. Maganda talaga performance sa Blaze but grabe ang mahal

Bigla ko lang naisip na mahirap i stencil yung chassis number nitong grandis. Kasi nung nag cclaim ako sa insurance mejo nahirapan silang kunin.
Kabisado kaya ito kunan nung mga stencil boys sa mga lto? Sana may magreply

We've had our Grandis since 2009 at wala naman nabanggit ang driver namin na nahirapan i-stencil kapag rehistro.

Ganda talaga ng Grandis lalo na interior space at physical looks. Di pa din nakakasawang tignan kahit medyo matagal nang model. Yun lang nga medyo matakaw sa gas (city drive around 5.5 km/liter XCS) hehe.

Spat haven't tried it yet but baka di sanay yung sa insurance. If I remember sa Jazz ang hirap i stencil. We can consult the manual and it should point out where the chasis number is. Ang advantage lang medyo malaki ang engine bay.

*3ple4 yeah thats the downside of the Grandis but surprisingly I get better FC when using Blaze
