Hi Mga sir! finally we bought a grandis 05 Model na so far so good aside from one problem,, Tuwing bumababa ung rpm ng less than 1k nag iilaw yung oil pressure indicator. pag above 1k naman mawawala din agad, usually pag mag on ung compressor ng ac maglilight yung indicator kasi ba-baba muna ng onti mga 800rpm bago umakyat ulit to 1k. aside from that normal naman lahat wala naman something unusual. baka may ganitong problem din kayo na encounter? Thanks!

Congrats on the unit but sorry to hear that my issue yung car. Better bring it to a shop and can be a lot of things. Kung near ka sa San Juan try Speedyfix along P Guevarra

R, dalhin mo nalang sa mga shop tulad ng sabi ni rafmac. Based on the symptoms that u said, it can be caused by many things. Pwedeng sensors ang problema. Or baka linisan lang yung throttle body. Yung less than 1k tapos umiilaw oil indicator tingin ko kasi halos mamatay na ang makina mo nun. I Could be wrong though. Patingin mo nalang sa trusted mekaniko mo or sa speedyfix, magaling yun.

Make sure you have 95 octane gasoline or higher

If that doesnt work clean throttle body... As mentioned above

Also had the same symptom before because driver place lower octane gasoline

Thanks for all the helpful replies, Will try the 95 octane gasoline from now on and I'll monitor the case. If it still doesnt mend the problem then I might go to speedyfix to clean the throttle body. Thanks! :D

Oo pala make sure na 95 octane ang gas mo or higher kasi mag knoknock or tope you makina

di pala 95 octane ang kinakarga mo.
I used caltex gold. But now using seaoil extreme 97 octane.
Twice lang ako nag caltex silver, nung paglabas ng dealer. Di ko pa kasi alam nun na 95 octane ang kelangan. Hehehe

Would you guys happen to know kung pano maglagay ng baby car seat sa grandis? Yung latch type ata yun.

Spat, what do you mean latch type? Front facing or rear facing? Pang infant ba to na parang basket? Yung car seat kasi ng son ko, front facing and pinapadaan ko the seat belt sa likod ng seat then fasten it. It would be good to see what type of seat para matulungan ka

Yung rear facing gamit ko dati sa ibang car. Tiningnan ko sa manual hehehe. Padadaanan nga ng seat belt.

I'll try to take a picture Spat, but the seat should have a hole or slot between the seat and the base. Pinapadaan ko lang the seat belt in between then fasten the lock.

Gastos last weekend. Had my Grandis serviced sa Diamond Greenhills. P6.7k for the PMS but withiut the oild. Bought the oil outside sa casa 650 per liter sa Eldorado 500 lang. Inis lang when they brought the car back nawala yung signal ng reverse camerandami paulsot ng service manaber. I have to go back tomorrow to have the camera reinstalled.

Advice na ren nila to replace the battery so bought a 1sm motolite gold 5k den yun less 200 trade in

Change oil filter
Change air element filter
Change fuel filter
Check all suspension parts, fluids, etc

Di kasama yung oil kasi mahal sa casa. I got the same oil turbo xp sa labas for 500 per liter.

I also had new tints installed sa front windshield. Solar Guard na clear. Had the whole front tinted parang wala pero good heat rejection and sa gabi ok na ok kasi clear sya

Oo nga Spat mahal ang PMS kasi major check up daw ang every 20k km na PMS kaya naghanap den ako ng way para makatipid like yung sa oil P150 per liter cheaper sa eldorado kaya doon na den ako bumili. Minalas lang and pati battery kailangan palitan. Hirap pa naman sa atin kasi a/t. I know almost 2 years na ren unit mo so i'd suggest you have the battery tested.
