Hopefully matibay na. Lasted only 6k kms or around a year and 3months bumigay na.

Thats good to hear at least less stress na. Thats how long my old exhaust also laster. They showed the TSB which explained that my flaw yung mga brackets that causes excess vibration which cracks the cat converter. Iniisip ko nga na bago ikabit ipa strengthen sa body shop ulit the exhaust para extra assuarance

Nasabi ko din yun na lagyan nila ng some sort of reinforcement pag dumating yung bago. Sagot nila ay wag muna kasi kung magwawarranty daw ulit at may modification na (like putting an extra reinforcement), hindi na ihohonor ang warranty.

I guess ill just do that kung wala na sa warranty.

Guys to give an update. Pinacheck ko young ilalim tapos sumakay ako sa 3rd row. Wala naman nakitang problem sa exhaust at sa brackets. Lumabas na lumambot yung reserba kaya nagkaroon ng play. Just put back some air and tightened the reserve tire. Ayun solve any tunog.

Good for you and very minor lang ang problem. At least this gives us an idea if may maingay sa likod.

How to remove the air cleaner element? Gusto ko sanang bugahan. Nalimutan nilang bugahan nung nagpa PMS ako.
I see two clips, one in front and one at the side after removing the thingy from the top of the airbox.

I was able to open it. Although hindi ko alam kung tama pinaggagagawa ko. Hahaha.
Dalawa lang nga yung clip. Medyo masikip lang talaga yung area na yun. Sa ibang sasakyan naman yun ang isa sa accessible area of the engine compartment kasi may mga mahilig talaga maglinis atmagbuga ng air cleaner/filter.

Spat, I called up diamond to inquire about my pms and at the same time followed up about the exhaust. Sabi daw ng parts baka november pa daw ang dating ng replacement.

I hope di naman umabot ng November. Mag 3 years na Grandis ko in the next couple of months. Nagpa quote ako ng pms nasa 7k lang and basically change oil lang ang gagawain. I'm deciding na nga na huwag na magpa service sa casa

Sa akin parang dumadami na yung tunog sa ilalim. Parang lumuwag na yung mga heat shield ekek sa ilalim. Yung sound niya parang latang nagvavibrate. Yung heat shield kaya na nakakabit sa cat conv (na papalitan supposedly o iba pa kaya)

ok...sana mawala yung mga tumutunog tunog pag pinalitan na. Di ko naman madala sa mga muffler shops para mapasilip kasi pag may nakita siguradong pagagawa ko yun. ivovoid naman ng mitsu ang warranty.

Baka hindi lang maayos ang pagkakabit. Sa akin naman wala pang issues after kinabit ulit the cat converter. Hoping that the parts arrive within the month.
