Need help...

Anyone experienced random vibration on mirage G4 while running and/or idle???

Describing the vibration, it feels like when you failed to put enough power or gas after changing gear "kumakadyot" but my RPM is not going down at all.

I have a manual trans. so I thought it was my fault during shifting gears. but I also notice it while on idle. I was waiting on idle for 30+ minutes and it occurred twice.

I recently changed my Aux Fan motor more than a month ago (45 days+) so I'm thinking if it's the cause of the issue.

Please advise

This is the first time i hear na may sensor ang mismong gas pedal.

Pwede mo ba tanong sa barkada mo kung ano ang part number nung item na yon?

I'll try Tuesday sir mag update. medyo nahirapan din sila ma identify nung una yun issue pero twice na kasi nangyari. yun recent replacement (a few days ago) eh "used and abuse" daw yun reason ni casa tsk tsk tsk.

Aux fan is electrically driven unlike aircon compressor which is mechanically driven so aux fan will not cause that vibration you feel on the engine.

Unlikely, but not really impossible. If a more powerful aux fan was used, the initial/transient high current draw can cause extra load on the electrical system... which is then passed on to the alternator and as drag to the engine.

You can sort of simulate this by turning the A/C button OFF and put the cabin blower to full blast. Put the headlights on full beam while you're at it and you should be able to see your RPM drop a small bit.

Check mo visually yung engine kung may unusual vibration. Especially dun sa part ng engine filter at intake plastic shroud.

Yes, its the alternator that could cause shudder aside from the aircon compressor its mechanically driven

my wild guess is, the aircon compressor going on and off.
try simulating it, sir, and see if that is what you felt.
"put the aircon at its highest cold setting, then turn on the aircon."

errr... why did you change your aux fan, sir?
those are supposed to last many years.

Wear and tear... my mileage when i replaced my aux fan motor was 60k+... I tried replicating the issue but it's hard to caught it when it happens...

Yes sir, you are correct but the vibration is a lot worse. maybe 5 times. maybe it's the compressor nga.. It's difficult to replicate

may nabasa din ako na baka fuse lang daw, chineck ko kahapon brake lights at hazard okay naman lahat

Try an ecu reset by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. Someone over at mph said it worked for him.

Nagpatawag ako ng mekaniko. binaba yun transmission. sabi sakin 4k daw paghinang 8k naman daw pag-ipapamachine shop. san kaya pwede makabili ng shifter shaft. nagtawag na ako sa mga auto supply shop. di daw sila nagbebenta non. stress na ako.

they are sure to have. if not now, next month. heh heh.

when i asked the auto supply stores, "they all source it from the local manufacturer".
mine cost me 7.5K, including installation.

my guess is, for slow-moving items, the independent suppliers won't have it on stock all the time. hence the casa as their source.

ok na. naka order na ako sa casa 1 week ko bago makuha. ang problema ko ngayon ang mahal ng towing service from tagaytay to alabang 14k ang sinisingil sakin.
