Bro tried it noon pa pero ayaw talaga, may manual din sakin yung alarm pero ayaw mag work, dont know kung bakit ayaw. I asked winterpine noon about diyan, sagot lang nila sakin iba na raw yung alarm na nakakabit, tanong ko naman bakit meron nakalagay sa manual, sagot sakin ano sir tuloy pa ba natin i kabit yung turbo timer mo?
sir zix OT, nalinis ko na ang k&n at 4,722kms ang service humina na arangkada. Okay lang ba yong nalulusaw ang kulay ng element makita sa pinaghuhugasan using dish washing liquid and used 4 in One oil for bath, wala available singer oil ko nakita. Okay na ngayon.

Just would like to report on my last CEL. May plug not firmly replaced on my last fuel filter change which turned loose after 200kms that activated CEL. Good nakita ng driver na nagdala sa casa, otherwise, cash out na naman.

Ok lang na itakbo na agad yan ng 100KPH yung sa amin, last march, bagong kuha sa casa (nasa 50KMS+ pa lang odometer) natakbo ko na agad ng 100KPH, sa molino boulevard.. yung 80KPH, pigil pa turbo nyan...kaya much better to run it sa high speed w/caution...
Glad to hear Sir Crispy noodles, at least naagapan agad sa plug lang po ang problem, next PMS po, double check lagi yung mga plug(s) before acceptance para kung magkaroon problem after PMS, aware na po kayo..
No problem yan sir vickoy1228, buti pa kayo, naitakbo nyo na sa skyway yung monty, yun amin naman, before reaching 100KMS sa odometer, natakbo ko yung monty ng 120KPH, (downhill, daang hari, galing petron) in a very short period, yung handling at braking performance, very stable at responsive.
Kung meron lang freetime, takbo ko po ito sa skyway, para mabatak na talaga yung monty in straight road,
Keepsafe sa atin Sirs during driving lalo pa't nasa break-in period pa ang mga sasakyan, drive always w/caution.
Observation period na rin siguro. If you would notice ang first PMS natin was set at 1000 not 5k or 10k. Sa first 1,000 kasi nila gagawin yung final adjustment ng vehicle at 1k maaga pa kaya damage control/prevention na rin. Speed limit can contribute din.
On the other side, here's my observation. Malakas talaga si Montero kumpara sa Fortuner ko na 2.7 gas. Yung fort 2.7 gas maganda engine responsiveness nya at 0 to 500 rpm, kayang kaya yung 60kmh, ibig ko sabihin sa trafic panalo sya. Pero si Montero GLS V diesel naman, may bahagya lang delay 0 to 500rph pero sa overtaking ang lakas. When you reach 500 rmp pabilis na sya and parang d mo na kailngan umabot ng 2000 rpm para d ka mabitin sa overtake. While sa Fortuner gas yan ang problem ko, sa middle ng overtake parang iniiwan ako kahit pa 2000 rpm na hirap pa rin may kasama pang sinok. I need this power of motero lalo na sa highway ng tarlac daming truck na mabagal doon, minsan magkakasunod pa sila.
I think you should not scrub the K&N filter element. Chances are you will damage it and create a way for dusts to penetrate it. I would suggest to hold it sa sides and just shake it sa water with joy. Let the suds and force of water do the cleaning. At least that's how I'm planning to do mine.
