if i got it right sa pagbabasa sa forums e di na kailangan i break in yung unit natin kasi ginawa na yun sa planta.... i hope am right kasi pinatakbo ko na sa sky way kahapon ng 140 medyo short distance lang kaya di ko na nahataw.

Sa mga Tsikoteers here with new 2014 Monties. Can you please check while breaking in kung meron loud blowing sound na parang may bukas na window starting at 80 and above speed, off ang radio and aircon. If you can back read here i am the one who experience that.
My twin also got 2014 and experience the same. Sagot lang sa akin sa Casa ay check nila but up to now no feedback. They wanted to check again with other technicians but i said na mahirap ako makakuha ng time to do that. Pls share if you experience the same. TIA.

Mine is nasa 300km pa lang everday drive ko sa south express, bicutan to sucat speed is 80km/h wala naman akong naririnig na loud blowing sound. Ang naririnig kong noise is yung after acceleration, pag release ng paa sa fuel pedal meron parang mild blowing air similar sa hidraulic pump sound. Na notice ko din yan sa ibang monti pag nasa labas ako. Tanong ko lang din ito sa ibang monti owners kung normal lang.

Sir, 4 in One try mo ang kay Sir Zix Zinger. Next time Hahanap ko ng Zinger ang sa kin madaling mahigop napunta sa top cover ng air filter cover at suction robber pipe ng turbo nilinis ko lang, dry naman ang impeller ng blower.

Mukhang buggy talaga sir yun OEM HU ng ride natin. Same here, off/on din ako kapag nag-hang. Usually na encounter ko ito kapag playing music via bluetooth. Hindi responding yun play/stop/forward/back buttons.

I notice a slow response time whenever I connect my bluetooth and play music. Para bang naguusap pa yung phone and OEM HU. I decided to put all my music in a USB drive and plug it to the USB port. I noticed faster response, saves my phone battery life and you can also see the music filenames.

would it be advisable to use compressed air to clean the k &n filter element once in a while?

Sir i think di pwede sa compressed air ang KnN kasi may oil at baka masira lang ang mga pleats nya. May recharger kit na nabibili ( cleaner and oil) at water from faucet lang ang kailangan pag hinugasan and not preassurized.

Mataas talaga ang blower pag nakaclimate control. Bababa lang ang fan speed pag naachieve na nya yung desired cabin temp. In your case, mataas ang fan speed pag nasa 22 deg, hihina sya pag 22 deg na sa loob ng cabin. At tataas ulit pag tumaas sa 22 deg +/-

Thanks po Sir boytsiks for the good info about sa automatic aircon, will try the auto mode again pag may time na i-drive, naka-storage kasi yung sasakyan namin at di pa nagagamit...

Turbo po ang naririnig nyo, parang may whistle pag binitawan yung accelerator pedal or pag nagshift ng gear,
Normal lang po yan, marami po nakaka-misinterpret ng ganyang sounds lalo pag first time sa diesel and galing sa gasoline...

pag nasa 2000RPM+ and above, naririnig yung parang whistle.. (turbo spool)

Both non-VGT at VGT, meron ganyang tunog, mas malakas ang sound sa VGT, maliban sa spool parang merong blow off valve, pag binitawan yung gas pedal during braking or during gear shifting

I still use Bluetooth for handsfree phone calls but I delegated the music to USB drive for faster response and better interface.

Right now, satisfied na ako sa FC pa lang. Plus side na yung alam ko na available yung power when needed.
