Share ko lang din.... Ako naman sa rcbc nakakuha. 20% down tapos 28k monthly for 3yrs. After all discounts nasa 1,118,000 na lang yung unit price with standard freebies. Mabilis din approval, Monday ako nagpasa ng application, tapos Thursday morning nakuha ko yung unit.

Loan amount: 604,000
Effective interest rate: 9.48%
Bank: BPI (directly applied to bank)
Terms: 60 months
Monthly amortization: 12,579
Freebies: first year insurance; usual freebies plus additional freebies from your SA (you need to huggle)...

I usually get 60 months terms for easy monthly amortization then after 3 years pag naka ipon, I pay in full and get rebate... some members here might have better offer but I am just sharing mine to those who are still in the process of benchmarking/comparison of offers.... hope this help....

Good day mga boss. Yung montero gls v po namin biglang hirap tumakbo. Wala namang warning icon sa dash or odd noise sa makina. Basta bago maabot ang 40kph, matagal. At parang hanggang 60-70kph lang ang top speed. Napansin ko rin na parang wala yung arangkada ng turbo. Pati sa pagakyat ng flyover nahihirapan, parang 1.3l lang makina. Ano kaya problema? Tia
