Normally Inav announces whenever updates are available from their website. You will just need to back up your sd card and download the new file.

FYI, There's already new update for GPS software version, just updated mine when i visited Diamond Greenhills for repair last tuesday.

normal po talaga yan sir newbie2014,

1. not only the cabon deposit galing sa exhaust, pati na rin ang "carbon monoxide at fumes" galing sa exhaust,
kaya iwasan tumambay sa exhaust area....

2. it means yung engine ECU and the fuel injector amount control, properly functioning..kaya normal yun experience ng delay..

ang engine ECU ay merong sensors kung gaano yung application ng tapak sa accelerator pedal at dun sa compensation timing at control ng fuel injection...ayon din po sa magazine na nabasa ko...



ano po ba yung transmission ng GLS-V unit nyo po?! the AT po ba or the MT?!

same model variant po tayo pero sa amin is the MT version,

pero ang pahabol po doon sa magazine, merong drive train system protection control ang MT. (4WD)

control ni ECU is fuel injection amount para di lumagpas sa 3000RPM..

first and reverse gear, kung na 4LLc position
kung less than 5kms/or less ang takbo..

Di ko na check personally, but according to the accessoeries person at diamond motors it was 2.5, now it's 3.

Sa pagkakaalam ko wala.

I just update mine by myself. Just to inav.ph, punta ka lang sa new updates, then choose OEM - factories installed.

I'm not sure kung meron ng specific update for 2014 Montero. Mine is 2013 so andun sya sa choices. I'm guessing that 2013 and 2014 have the same HU.

I just update mine by myself. Just to inav.ph, punta ka lang sa new updates, then choose OEM - factories installed.

Kakaupdate ko lang nung akin via Inav website. Walang option for 2014 montero pero nung sinubukan ko yung 2013 gumana naman. Hehe.

thanks Sir Saki for the good info about sa latest update sa GPS, tamang tama, hindi ko pa nakukuha SD card ko, pa-update ko na lang doon sa sales agent/accessories dept..naka safe-keep pa kasi yung SD card namin...

Hello, may naka encounter naba dito everytime na sa unang andar ko may natunog sa ilalim ng engine na parang nag aadjust or mag nag eengage? Pero pag naka andar na wala na. Pero pag nag park ako mga 10-15min tpos andar ulit same tunog ulit.

*2-3secs after engine shuts off tutunog yung EGR Valve/motor.

Copy nyo lang sir yung laman ng SD card and save it on your desktop/laptop.

Eto po yung ticking naririnig ko after turning off the engine...

pero some other sounds, (engine ticking) normal naman po siguro, kasi naririnig ko po both gas and diesel engine after engine shut down...

Pano po ba ang tamang break in? Sabi ni sir zixx biritin at batakin tlga sa highway. Yung iba naman i-baby daw ang engine at wag over rev. Any comments guys? Hehe

Uu agree ako dyan, kase para malaman mo din ung mga dapat iadsjust sa transmission pag nagpms ka sa 1k, sample lang ung adventure namen date sa nlex nasa 120kph parang naghihinge pa nang 6th gear pero nung binanggit ko un nung pms sa 1k ayun swabe na cya sa rektahan. . . Try mo ihataw ung takbo nya once in a while pero ingat ingat din...
Hopefully bukas or within this week marelease na din ung monthy namin, exited na cla. . .

Na break in na yang engine sa factory sir. So pwede mo na batakin.
