Anybody experienced the volume turning up when you drive on bumpy roads. Tried resetting pero ganun pa din kada nalulubak tumataas ang volume. Dati naman hindi ganito.

1. Preferably ma'm if you are not in a hurry. Pag lampas na sa 'C' yung needle, sufficient na to drive your monty out. But you can drive your monty out naman after starting provided you stick to low rpm/speed until such your temp gauge registers the normal operating temperature that is when the needle points past the C gauge.
2. Yes. However long drive sometimes doesn't mean from the starting point to your point of destination is entirely a highway drive wherein your monty is subjected to high rpm/speed. if that's the case, then you must run your monty at idle 2-3 mins before shutting the engine off. If you're uncomfy about this, a turbo timer installation comes into picture. A long drive can also be a street drive-highway-street drive case. if that's the scenario, then you can safely turn off the engine outright after parking. Well it's safer to say given the same case, it's a better habit to idle the engine 2-3 mins before shutting it off.

Not 100% sure pero for me gimik lang tong mga ganyang sales strategy. Nung bago din kami maka bili nasilaw din kami sa ganyan pero nung may naka usap kami na ibang agent dun lang kami nalinawan. Kasi pwede nyang sabihin na may FREE ipad mini ka for the sake of PROMO daw pero the thing is didiskartehan lang yan ng agent sa pag compute nya sa kung how much ang magiging deal nyo. Kumbaga eh kapag na compute mo in total yung deal nyo, pwedeng mas tumaas yung sayo compare sa iba simply because nag add sya ng portion dun para magkaroon ng extra na gagamitin nya pambili nya ng iPad Mini na ibibigay nya sayo. So kami, nag settle na lang kami sa deal na walang iPad and we get to have those additional freebies that we want like full windshield 3M magic tint.

^ you may be right na strategy. Pero yung amin dati, may post talaga sya dyaryo na may free ipad mini. Meaning galing mismo sa planta ng mitsubishi yung promo na yun. Totoong may ipad mini naman talaga pero mga 2 weeks ata naibigay kasi galing pa daw sa head office nila. That was a year ago

i agree Dct, di sya personal gimik ng agent. coz i already inquired sa mitsubishi main costumer care na lahat ng casa merong ganung promo at di sya maibbgay after ilabas ng montero. ung saaken oct 23 nilabas. til now wala pa din. pag dumating daw un sa casa ipapa alam sa mga agent para ma pick up. ang katunayan na di un pwedeng makuha ng agent without our consent is. ung agent ko since ang baba ng rate na bngay nya saaken nakikiusap na sakanya nalng ung ipad. after ko mag sign saka ko bgay saknya. kaso di pumayag si misis. kaya sorry nalang siya.hehe

My gps map is distorted (as shown) after the q3 update. So I reverted back to Q2 which was fine.

ung sakin hindi naman ganyan, picture ko mamaya. nakapag update ako and it seems to be working fine. post ko later.

Sir, same thing happened to my 2014 monty a few months back. Ibalik mo sa casa & tell the winterpine agent there the issue. May papalitan na harness sa likod ng HU, repair is only about 20mins. Mukhang common problem sa current AVT HU dahil nung binanggit ko sa winterpine repair guy walang isip-isip sabi agad harness daw. The issue never occurred again since.

Pa advise naman mga sir, nakuha ko kasi yung seat cover ko from the dealer, gusto ko lang malaman kung ano itsura. Feeling ko kasi niloloko na ako ng agent ko, first sa tint, 3M daw pero wlang tatak na 3M kapag chineck mo yung mismong tint then ngayon nga sa seat cover. Sakin naman ok lang kahit wala, mas ok nga yun kesa niloloko ako, im just looking at the honesty ng current agent ko, naiisip ko kasi, sa simpleng tint at cover niloko ako, what more sa PMS or sa ibang bagay na mas pricey. TIA

BTW, yung itsura ng cover na nakuha ko is plain black na kung ano lang ang tatak, walang mitsu branding or what so ever.

Since then?, na-curios po ako sa AT version ng monty after nung nagkaroon kami ng unit last march, and finally nakapag-test drive din ako kanina sa MOA,
salamat po sa mga members po dito sa topic thread na nagturo sa akin about the usage of the paddle shifter, at hindi po ako nahirapan masayado at nagamay ko po agad yung test vehicle.

Na impress po ako sa AT version, very smooth ang shifting ng gears at walang differential backslash, (unlike sa MT, pag hinataw ng kaunti at biglang bitaw sa clutch, talagang pumipitik at pumapalag yung differential )

Medyo kinabahan rin ako nung time na sinimulan ko na patakbuhin yung monty, akala ko pag binitawan ko na yung brakes, ay tatalon bigla yung monty (creeping) pero slow acceleration sya and smooth sya once na nakausad, (Sa MT kasi, pag medyo biglang bitaw sa clutch in 1st gear at hindi maganda yung timpla sa accelerator, tatalon bigla pero hindi po stall engine)

Then, ginamit ko na yung manual mode, using the paddle shifter, medyo nagulat ako dahil during 20KPH, naka D mode then hold ko po yung paddle-shift ng ilang seconds (right side), nasa 2 yung nakalagay sa panel, then in a short period balik in D mode.

Sa steering naman, mas magaan ang 4x2 kaysa sa 4x4,

Then about naman sa acceleration, para sa akin, mas sensitive ang MT kaysa sa AT.

Ask ko lang pala Sirs, about sa AT?! (Pardon my innocence kasi bihira lang po ako makapag-drive ng AT

kung medyo inclined po ba yung road, hindi po ba aatras si monty? in D mode? and sensitive po ba yung accelerator pag nasa inclined pavement? (sa plain pavement ko lang po na-test yung AT),

and pwede po ba mag neutral sa AT during high speed lalo na pag meron pong certain point na enough distance para makapag-freewheeling yung sasakyan before reaching the full stop point?! at ibalik ulit sa D in-case na merong traffic/obstacle?

Though my mind is set for 2014 GLS-V, plus the discount and freebies being offered in dealership but on second thought, 2015 model will be out in few more months…really hard to decide
Do I wait or just pull the trigger for the 2014 GLS-V

I have similar situation with you (bulletred). I already decided to get montero after all the test drive done with other brands. I heard from 2 dealers that the 2015 model will come out this last week of November or 1st week of December. However the changes from 2014 to 2015 is not yet sure. Although some tips was divulge by the dealer that they will now include the spoiler and LED around the fog light. Maybe I will wait until December since I am still using my old car.

nope, di sya aatras as long as you're in D mode. even if you're stuck in traffic on an inclined road, kaya naman sya ihold ng parking brake kahit ilagay mo sa N..

and pwede po ba mag neutral sa AT during high speed lalo na pag meron pong certain point na enough distance para makapag-freewheeling yung sasakyan before reaching the full stop point?! at ibalik ulit sa D in-case na merong traffic/obstacle?

i will never do this on my AT vehicle.. how much fuel can you save by doing this versus the potential damage that this may cause to the transmission.. better safe than sorry
