Anyone now of a dealer na merong unit ng montero gls-v for test drive. 4 na yung napuntahan ko pero puro wala sila unit for test drive. Gusto ko muna sana matry before buying one. Salamat po for any information that you could provide.

Naiingayan talaga ako kapag nalubak, and sa highways lalo na kapag hindi asphalto yun daan.
Wala naman "rattles sa dashboard" :D

Same here, no rattles of any sa dashboard.. as far as the lubak on the roads, hindi naman ako naiingayan.. I'm not sure if my standards are not that high but everything seems fine naman..

Sa mga Lubak walang problema pero mga warning white stripes sa kalsada bago sharp curves ay super vibration sa dashboard pag nadanaan, gising talaga and diwa mo dahil pati steering wheel ay magvibrate, lalo na sa mga cementadong kalsada na may warning stripes, ganun din po ba sa mga rides niyo?

Yung montero namin naiingayan talaga ako. Siguro mataas nga standards. Hindi katulad ng ibang sasakyan namin like ranger. sarap idaan sa lubak kasi tahimik yung gulong. hahaha! Or baka may problema na montero namin..

Sa mga Lubak walang problema pero mga warning white stripes sa kalsada bago sharp curves ay super vibration sa dashboard pag nadanaan, gising talaga and diwa mo dahil pati steering wheel ay magvibrate, lalo na sa mga cementadong kalsada na may warning stripes, ganun din po ba sa mga rides niyo?

Sa mga white stripes, ang ingay talaga e. Parang galing sa dashboard.
Or yung dashboard talaga nag vivibrate. Nakakainis e.
Kapag malubak naman ang daan, may squeaking akong naririnig. Feeling ko galing sa mga sidings.

Confirming the dashboard rattling noise pag nadaanan mga warning stripes,, ay nakow sobrang naaawa ako sa kanya pag nagsimula na magvibrate ang dashboard.. Araw araw ba naman ruta ko e Lawton Ave., before and after the Phil Marine Barracks..

Pag nalulubak naman, I think the squeking sound comes from the rear suspension,, feeling ko lang. (ride: GLX 2013)

Been using K&N filter for 5yrs. now no cons only pros for me lang ha hehehe

so 5yrs on your montero sir? sa akin din nman 3yrs user of kn&n drop-in pero on a naturally aspirated gas engine.. 1st time turbo diesel user here kasi kaya medyo cautious lang ako regarding aftermarket air filters.

one thing i noticed w/ the montero e, ang lakas ng higop ng hangin mula se intake vent ng airbox, halos higupin kamay ko during idle.. (that's w/ the stock paper filter palang).. so putting a less restrictive aftermarket filter in,,, my fear: can this also introduce more dirt into the intake manifold?

Question lang mga pre, mine is gls-v 2013, It is my habit especially in Slex to take a nap for a while pag sobra antok, When I turn off the engine,nag open lock ng door automaticaly. now, to be safe bago mag nap, lock ko ulit ang door, however, unlike my other cars, the Montero alarm is activated when you lock it when the engine is not running.The blinking blue light is annoying especially at night ,nakakawala ng antok. So, the question is ,how do you lock the door without activating the alarm when you are inside? TIA
