Hi Fellow Montero Sport Owners! I've been reading this thread even before i had my 2013 Montero Sport GLS-V released last March. So far wala pa naman ako issues and I'm very satisfied with the ride. I even drove my Monty to Baguio when it was a week old, ang dami new Monteros na umakyat that time, feeling ko nga isang grupo kami, kapag inoovertakan ako ng Fortuner hinahabol ko and inuunahan ko ulit sabay sabi kay Misis na mas malakas Montero dun (isip bata). Haha.. Anyway salamat sa pagshare ng infos over this thread, very helpful sya. Drive defensively!

no need to open up the sidings. yun mismo naglolock sa hook mounted sa pillar, thin film lang ng grease, and lagyan mo na din yung hook

Try niyo din lagyan ng Armor All/Interior conditioning spray or Silicone Spray yung mga rubber stopper and weather strips sa doors including the back door.

Since I have a vibrating sound on low RPM diyan sa may driver's door/seatbelt post area, may-try nga yung suggestion ni Zix. Hehe.

after 24000kms, egr is still okay, just a very thin carbon build-up.
religious unioil user since last egr check up. much cleaner than the 1st check up, with the addition of an oil catch can.

Hi members, ask ko lang kung pano matatanggal yung scratch sa windshield? medyo malalim sya eh, baka may remedy rather than to replace it? also, okay lang ba na tinanggal ko yung antenna ng monty? Thanks!

Ang laki pala ng effect in using euro 4 vs euro 2 diesel. Kung bakit kasi di pa mag euro4 lahat ng mga diesel fuels natin eh.... ow well.

sir zix...evry what ba palinis ng EGR....natakot naman me doon sir..ang dumi....seaoil pwedi na din ba....buti na lang may unioil sa mindanao exit at sa mindanao ave...jan me lagi dumadaan...good for me....
