tanong ko lang if meron ba mavovoid na warranty if magpa wheel alignment ako outside casa? napansin ko kasi parang off-center ung steering wheel ko eh, if naka center, pumupunta ako towards the left. or nacocorrect sa casa to?

Hindi naman sir. Di ko rin naman ginagalaw ehh. Kaso ngayon lang nagkaroon ng moist sa loob ng camera body. Ang problema di naman nagsusubside ung moisture. Subukan ko na lang idaan sa casa tom. Sana naman under warranty pa.

Hi fellow tsikoteers. Nakabili ako Baldwin fuel filter BF7534 and Baldwin oil filter BD28 for my 20k PMS, unfortunately hindi pumayag yung Casa na yun ang gamitin dahil sa warranty issues. To my surprise parang first time din nila nakita yung brand na yun. Hindi na lang ako nagsalita. Anyway, was able to back read some posts, Mas advisable ba na Baldwin BF7535 ang gamitin for fuel filter instead of BF7534? Sabi naman nung vendor sa Volmax Marketing mostly daw BF7534 ang binibili ng MS owners. Nag-aalangan tuloy ako sa BF7534 na binili ko lalo na at hindi naikabit. For the oil filter i'll have it installed na lang sa 25k PMS and while for the fuel filter i'll install it myself once I verified the perfect fit. TIA.

kung nag-moist sa loob, malamang yung camera na yan. i suggest ipa-check mo na lang sa casa...

usually ang casa sir hindi talaga pumapayag na magdala ka ng sarili mong filters at oil, pero meron din payag. you should have asked first yung casa mo if they allow such bago ka bumili ng ibang filters. yung fuel filter ay depende sa model year at variant ng montero mo. yung unit ko na GTV 2012 ay hindi na pwede ang BF7534 pero sa GTV 2011 ay pwede pa. bale filter filament na lang ang pinapalitan sa unit ko at fixed na yung filter casing. yung BD28 oil filter ay walang problema, i think kasya sa kahit anong variant ng montero. hth

If the stock fuel filter is 1770A053, BF7535 is the best replacement. This is what I have installed and no problem since.

Okay na mga sir. Kakadala ko lang sa DMCVV. Medyo matagal lang ako naghintay. After lunch dumating ung technician ng winterpine. Pinalitan nila ung back-up camera. Eto ayos na uli. Yey!

Yep. Wala naman akong binayaran. Pero patungkol kung under warranty pa, di naman ako tinanong ehh. Di na nga tiningnan ung warranty booklet eh.

Hi, mga ka-Tsikot. Pag gumagamit ako ng flashdrive para sa music sa lumang kotse ko, kung saang song ko in-off ang Head Unit, doon din siya magsisimula pag on ko uli. Pero sa 4-month old Monty ko, bumabalik siya sa track 1 tuwing ino-on ko uli. Akala ko ganun talaga. Kaya pinagtatyagaan ko na lang. Pero nung gumamit ako ng ibang flashdrive, diretso na rin siya. To cut the story short, 2 of my 3 flashdrives ay bumabalik sa track 1 tuwing ino-off/on ko ang HU.

Any idea why? Mayroon din ba kayong experience na ganun? TIA.

Hi,
I'm a new MS owner. I've been following this forum for the last 2 months and back tracked reading from page 1. This forum is so helpful esp for the beginners. Great inputs from various MS gurus/experts.

I have read in one item here about the whistling sound when in fast pace. It says that it is the sound of the turbo. I encountered this when i turned off my radio and cruising the NLEX around 120-140. I heard a strong whistling sound na parang you are in front of the electric fan. My wife immediately checked our windows are open or the circulation vent is direct from external. Both are ok.

Would like to check from the gurus here if that strong sound like the wind blowing is really the sound of the turbo?

Last Thurs i have my Monty checked. A technician from Mitsu Marcos Hway went with me to NLEX to check this. He was surprised of the loud wind blowing sound. They said that this complain is common to Adventure but not in Montero. Currently, they are still investigating it and they have already reported it to MMPC.
I shared the status here to check if you also encountered it with your Monty 2014 model. My brother also bought 2014 last Oct and also experienced the same. For us it is not normal and quite alarming.
Hope someone from this 2013 thread could also share if also encountered it. Thanks in advance.
