Ask lng guys, yung bank PO pa pinapakita ba dapat sayo pag narelease na yung PO? Sabi kasi sakin diretso na daw nila ibibigay yun sa dealer, transaction n lng daw between the bank and the dealer yun. Ang aantayin ko na lang daw kung kelan ako magbbgay ng DP and yung release ng unit.

Parang may nagpost na dito, na pinacancel nya muna yung sa unang reservation. Di ko lang alam kapag dealer ang paglipat, pero dapat ay pwede, kase sa MMPC naman tayo nagpareserved ng 10K talaga, not sa dealer or padaan lang sa dealer.

Ganon skn nagpalipat ako ng dealer, ginawa ko pinarefund ko yung sa unang pinagreservan ko pero until now pinaprocess pa rin yung refund. Tapos nagpareserved ako ulit nagdown ng 10k before October 31 para maavail ko pa yung 40k. Pero baka pag nagpalipat ka ngayon sa ibang dealer hindi na 40k discount maavail mo kasi tapos na. Hindi ata allowed yung pagpapalipat ng dealer into another dealer, its either you refund your reservation sa unang pinagreservan mo saka ka magpapareserve ulit dun sa lilipatan mo na dealer.

pwede naman irefund yun 10thou eh, tapos deposit ka ng 10thou sa ibang SA, maapektuhan lang ang queue sequence mo

oct31 was the critical date, if you want to be assured of the 25+15 discount you should have made the move before oct31. a lot of things have changed since oct31, like 20thou na lang ang cash discount
