Yes.. if gusto mo in on yung MID or AC just press the start/stop button then press it again to turn off the MID/AC

hi sir thanks po...un lang po ba ang way to turn On/Off the MID\AC without starting the engine?....gusto ko po ksi tingnan ang Menu ng GPS kesa po pag nag ddrive ka hinde mo sya pede galawin can cause accident or unsafe driving

Just use the start/stop button without using the brake pedal (I'm assuming your car is a CVT based on your previous question). Each press will cycle through the OFF (no light) -> ACC (orange) -> ON (green) without starting the engine. You'll be able to fiddle with the stereo/GPS at ACC as with most cars.

Go back to your dealer and ask for your wheels to be rebalanced under warranty. GLS, GLX, regardless you should not be getting steering wheel vibration at those speeds.

Ako po ay isang glx owner, and so far im very happy and contented w/ our purchase. =). why? mainly because my average FC is around 17++ km/ li (city &hiway driving).

nag pakabit lang ako nang central lock + alarm at solve nako; after more than a month of having it i have yet to adjust the position of my manual side mirrors, i have yet to roll up/ down the windows sa likod (bahala na ang mga nakaupo don na gawin un) and i have yet to get off the car to manually open the hatch as per request ng mga guards sa malls. =). and isipin natin in the future, we have less electronic parts to maintain vs. the gls kaya less headache din, diba? =)

kaya sa halagang less than 500k all-in e wala akong karekla rekla mo.hihi =)

maingay din po ang AC ko pag inoon, normal lang naman daw un sabi nang casa kasi wala na raw asbestos lining yung isang part nang AC when it engages kaya ganon ang pnoproduce na noise. and yes magalang ang steering ko pag nasa 100KPH na, kasi mabilis na takbo mo at electric steering pa cya, (tama po ba ako?)haha =)

in the latest james bond movie SKYFALL, 007 had to revert back to an old car with less technology in order to save Ms life & i didnt recall M complaining about that technologically deprived ride

my ride is a GLX variant & its not that deprived at all..i get to enjoy GPS with the help of my android phone

performance of my unit...

ang mga naging problema pa lang so far ay;

backseat seatbelt (nag lock, yun pala may natanggal na small
'lock pin'. at... eto ay ibabalik ko pa ngayong week)

busina.... Eto ay aking pinalitan din...ng mas malakas...

sa ngayon... I came to know also that a new car "plate design"is about
to be released starting this year... accordingly, production of the current
plates ay inihinto na... kaya, malamang, ang mga bagong vehicles will
be issued with the new one... (note: info still subject for confirmation)

salamat sa input nyo sir, medyo nabawasan yung lungkot ko sa glx, hehehe. gusto ko kasi sana gls ang dami kc features na wala sa glx na meron sa gls 90k lang ang difference. sayang talaga..

anyway sir, magkano po pala yung gastos central lock+alarm at saang dealer nyo po pina-install. gaano rin po katagal ginawa? TIA

It cost us 7k flat po to have it installed sa citimotors LP, and it took 7hrs para matapos yun kasi nagkabit sila nang motor for the central locking and alot of wires for the alarm system. =).

ako po dati i was planning to get a gls because of its feature pero napag isip isip ko na for an everyday car na gagamitin pamasok at madaling malalaspag, i just need a simple vehicle that can take me from point a to b. kaya in the end glx ang binili namin. =).. depende po talga yan sa pagagamitan mo ng sasakyan mo.

In addition po, as said sa newer posts, pati ako po nahihinaan sa brake nang glx mirage (no abs+ebd) vs. our toyota (w/ abs).. pero natatandaan ko based kasi sa handouts nila dati, pinpapakita sa sa illustration na tlga mas malayo ang breaking distance nang walang abs+ebd sa may abs, at may ebd.. baka kaya po ganon.. im not that sure din kasi i havent driven a gls yet.hehe =)..

Mga Sir, question lang regarding sa clutch niyo. Malambot ba yung clutch niyo? Kasi yung sakin parang sobrang lambot na tipong parang lusot na, yun din kasi pansin ng mga tropa ko. Baka daw kapusin daw sa paahon pag ganon kalambot yung clutch. Feedback naman mga sir regarding sa clutch niyo. Papacheck ko kasi yung clutch ko nextweek.

One more thing, yung wiper niyo pa nanginginig while moving? yung sakin kasi pansin ko medyo may nginig habang umaandar parang may loose na something, papacheck ko rn by nextwee..

Yes yung wiper nanginginig. Kahit di gumagalaw sakyan minsan nanginginig. Ang pangit tignan. IMHO lang, in terms of build quality, mas lamang ang EON..

Yung starter din ng GLS CVT namen nagfafail minsan. It produces lang a loud whining motor noise pero hindi nag crank. Not crank noise. Di ko pa napacheck kasi its hard to recreate the scenario. Isa pang reklamo ko yung brakes. They are on the weak side para sa akin. Lalo na pag maraming sakay. And the steering wheel still produces the noise that irritates me everytime you turn the wheel. FC average is 13 km/l mostly highway *1700kms odo.
