Note : Parang di ko na kukunin Mirage ko ahh sa dami ng mga problema , mag Honda city second hand na lang kaya ako same price.

Ano bro problem sa mirage? madami ba ? ako yata kahit isang problem wala. Hehe. Actual owner po ako. August 20 nagpareserved and november 20 ko nakuha unit ko. Kung talagang ayaw natin sa mirage kahit ano po pros & cons neto wala naman problema kung ayaw talaga. Malaki lang talaga expectations ng iba for its price.

Andyan ang Eon at celerio na matipid sa gas. Andyan ang Honda City thats durable. If you want all power then go for top of the line. And pili rin kayo ng brand new car na matagal na narelease para wala pang bug. peace&&&&&

Mang caloy, sundin nyo kung anung sa tingin nyong makabubuti sa inyo...at wag na po sana kayong magreklamo ng magreklamo sa mirage o mitsu kung di naman kayo kukuha ng unit...puro kayo kanegativan eh...bakit di pa kayo magrefund eh hindi na pala kayo kukuha ng mirage?pinakamagandang gawin nyo po eh pumunta na kayo sa s.a nyo at magfill up na ng form para sa pagrerefund at bumili na kayo ng second hand na oto...o kung gusto nyo eh mag-eon kayo tutal may nagpost dito na taga-eon at mukhang supertipid daw ng eon nya.hingi kayo advice kay syoryuken/arcel batallones ng hyundai eon club...mukhang hater din sya ng mirage eh....

My personal view lang po.

The Eon is looks like a malnourished i10. Just looking at the door panels curved inwards, very big black bumpers and the very thin wheels make me shudder.
You won't be proud coming out of one.

Meanwhile, the Mirage looks more like what a baby Lancer Evo X. It's like they studied how to transform the proportions of a human back to a baby.
Comparing the Evo X to the Mirage: short, chubby, bigger eyes and that nose. Hmmm. Yummy.

Plus the all in features of the GLS is great. Push start/stop, KOS, GPS, automatic, etc.
It is the perfect baby car for fun drives from point A to B.

I want to put a Lancer Evo X and Mirage side by side. Big brother and little brother.
Maybe someone has one please post here.

Dahil dito.. At sa Sobrang Tagal ng paghihintay ko sa Mirage eh mukang mapapaEon na talaga ako..
Sir syuryuken naalala ko naka Red Eon ka diba, at parang ikaw ata unang nakapaglabas ng "Eon sa tsikot " na nagpost bout sa fuel consumption and its capacity.

Pero ewan ko lakas kasi dating ng mirage para sakin hahaha kaya nakalimutan ko na Eon. Kaso mejo nakakainip na.. Konting antay pa..

ang mga pinoy kasi ngayon inaalala talaga ang Fuel Consumption ang mahal ba naman kasi ng gas kaya kumukuha sila ng maliit para makatipid dahil budgeted talaga ang pera nila...

Di ko kailangan ng warranty , sa Brand ako naniniwala, since 1995 pa Honda na oto namin , ngayon lang sana ako mag mitshu , dahil sa kamahalan ng gasolina, at dahil na rin sa promised na 21 km/liter . Sa ngayon nga may City pa akong 2007 model no problem at all nag 15km /Lr city driving.

Totoo yan sinasabi mo mababawasan yun naka pila sa mirage kasi dami mag aatrasan at malamang ma total recall, imagine sa Thailand na recall dahil sa simply gasoline gauge? Wait mo maglabasan pa mga deperensiya. Car of the year awardees mga hondas sa Japan for you info. Sayang naka reserve pa naman ako ng 10k sa mirage pero na didismaya ako sa mga feedbacks.

mga feedbacks nabasa ko dito :

1. noisy 1.2 engine (3 cylinders kasi)
2. Fuel gauge LED light still on even if already full tank
3. Power steering , may lagatok
4. Manual trans may lagatok
5. FC as low as 12 km /liter
6.No under classy under coating rust proofing
7. no light sa CVT stick

with or without proof , nakaka dismaya na rin eh!

mas malakas lang sumunog ng gas ang 4 cylinder (16 valve) as compared to 3 cylinder (12 valve)

more gas will cover mo driving mileage , the more power the more distance you will travel, tama po ba? Nasa design na lang yan ng mga engineers yun metal friction, car weight at air drag na nakaka baba ng fuel economy.

Korek ka din sir , Quality wise , Japanese na. Pero , iba iba din yun Japan Made , may inferior din sa kanila. So base ka na lang sa top car manufacturer , #1 Honda , # 2 toyota , # 3 Mitshu for passenger cars category

Hi guys,

So far I am considering 3 possible issues on my GLX CVT - Red.

1.Pop sound ("Tok!") sa steering wheel after kong ibalik/bawiin ung naka-todong dalawang ikot sa left/right.
2.Steel friction sound sa engine (I guess) during ung pinaka unang mga andar (Reverse/Drive) ko from parking
3.Hindi nag-spin back automatically galing sa naka-todong dalawang ikot na steering wheel after turning sa left/right sa road

I am a novice driver and just started driving last week so these issues might be false. Let me know if you are having the same issues or you already found the root cause or better a solution for these problems. Thanks

After driving my GF's Mirage for a short distance, bumabalik naman ang steering ng mirage kesa kailangan mong tulungan this might be due to the electronic power steering (correct me if I'm wrong). The car is definitely easier to drive in city traffic compared to my vios. One thing I noticed is the irritating squeek sound that comes from the back passenger seat (parang yung likod na sandalan).

*tonsanity, didn't notice any "tok" sound. pakiramdaman ko next time ko madrive. The steel friction might be the brakes, naranasan ko din yan in my other cars especially pag hinde masyado nagagamit or nabasa yung preno.

Ah hindi nga...pero yan na kunin nyo para di na kayo umangal sa mirage di po ba?mukhang maganda specs nyan at power side mirror na rin ata yan...yung mga di nyo nakita sa mirage eh baka maprovide ni yaris. O kaya pwedw din kayo sa jazz...honda naman ata gusto nyo talaga eh.

more cylinder will require more gas & will give you more POWER & SPEED but will not necessarily give you more mileage, it will simply get you faster to your destination (assuming there is no traffic)

in case there is traffic, the 4 cylinder will burn more fuel while stationary on the road, with more fuel burned then you will have less gas to reach your destination (less mileage)

i hope you get to see the point with regards to traffic conditions, fuel economy, mileage & their correlation with each other

its quite absurd to expect 21km/li in the city traffic condition bcoz that number is for pure high-way traffic condition only cruising at a speed less than 80km/hr

Nice advise, malamang ganun na nga , pero baka second hand na lang para nasa budget na 500k kaysa naman bumile ng brand new car na di pa subok di pa alam ang mga darating pang bugs. Depreciation is no problem kapag second hand na, nag depreciated na. Brand New ? , pag labas ng casa depreciated agad hehehe Anyway , I still hope na may solve sana agad ng mitshu yun mag problema ng mirage , baka mag bago isip ko.
