Yes sa display AVG fuel consumption. And also to note 2 lang kami ni misis nakasakay. tska mabagal lang ako up to 50 kph lang. this is my first brand new car kasi ahehe

Any 93 octane unleaded gasoline from the big 3 or the well known small players (Seaoil, Unioil, Phoenix, etc.) should be fine. I use Seaoil Unleaded.

Kahit ano bro, Petron, Caltex, Shell, basta wag lang yung regular gasoline at diesel. BPI Petron Card gamit ko with 3% rebate. Shell Citi Card ata 5% rebate, pero di ko pa napapa-convert yung CC ko, dapat ngayong December (before ilabas yung December billing) para di ma-doble yung Annual Membership fee.

Every vehicle that I've driven (assuming proper alignment) goes back to the center position only when moving. Ganun talaga, your steering caster angle pulls your wheels back straight when the car is moving. Works exactly the same as shopping cart wheels.

*mitsumirage1979: It's not the power steering per se but simply how the steering geometry is constructed in nearly all cars. Same with my Mirage.

power steering helps make steering light for the driver, thats all it do, its not responsible for returning the steering wheel to center position

kahit ang jeep na PAWIS steering babalik sa sentro kapag umarangkada ka na pasulong kahit bitawan mo ang manibela

kag paatras naman ang andar mo kelangan mo talaga tulungan ibalik yun manibela sa sentro, mas delikado kung hindi

Nabasa ko rin somewhere na EU fuel economy cycle is not very reflective of the real world driving as compared as US fuel economy cycle.

Anyway, aside sa FC. Happy naman ako Mirage. Masyado lang naging mataas ang expectations pagdating sa fuel economy nya.

Maraming variables kasi ang fuel consumption. So ganito na lang ang tanong ko to get a ballpark figure.

So gawin natin constant ang driver at ang driving route (sort of).

Ano yong current FC mo ngayon sa Mirage?

Ano ang dati mong ride o other ride at ano yong FC mo?



Kasi ako ay home to work to home lang ang daily routine covering a total of 75 Km per day
Ito ang data points ko.
1.6L Honda Civic M/T VTi Gas = 12 Km/L
2.0L Toyota Innova M/T Gas = 11 Km/L
1.6L Hyundai Matrix M/T Gas = 10.5 Km/L

If I can get 16 Km/L sa Mirage, happy na ako.
I don't race and I don't date anyone except my wife.
I just want to go to work and home safely and comfortably.

lahat ng manibela bumabalik. kahit sa matigas na steering wheel ng montero. tsaka wala namang sasakyan na babalik ang steering magisa if not moving

Ang basehan ko ay yun gasoline - energy , power , ........converted yan sa distance na na tatravel mo. .kung di ka gagamit ng gasoline paaano tatakbo yun gulong at makaka layo. The more power the more distance ..........Yun fuel economy papasok lang sa metal friction, air drag or car weight , nakaka bawas yan sa distance na dapat ma travel mo. Kaya yun mag less metal friction , car weight at air drag mas fuel efficient sila. Kaya yun malalaking oto gas gasler kasi mabibigat , may air drag at malaki metal friction sa engine.Kung ma de design mo yun 4 cylinders with less metal friction , less air drag and less car weigth , panalo yun lahat ng energy coming from gasoline converted sa distance travel yan .Kasi less friction.
