Hi guys, Sorry kung mejo off topic. I tried reading the previous post pero parang wala ako nakita about sa carpet ng ASX natin. Hindi ko gusto yung carpet ko. Hindi sya sakto. May advise ba kayo sakin kung san makakabili ng maayos na carpet? Yung OEM sana if meron na dito sa pinas

May isang issue din ako sa unit ko. Bilis maubos ng battery for Audio controls sa steering wheel. Bumili ako ng bago parang 2 months lang ubos na. Siguro 10-15 times ko lang nagamit yung car nun ubos na. San kayo nakakabili ng battery nyo? 700 kasi yung nabili ko sa Carworld Marilao. Pwede ba natin ito ipa wire derecho sa car battery para hindi na palit ng palit? sorry if noob questions. Im not a car pro. Newbie po Thanks in advance guys!

BTW, sa mga hindi makapag decide between CX5, XV and ASX. Input ko lang dito is may advantage and ASX sa paddle shifters. Kahit sabihin natin mas mabilis mag accelerate ang CX5. Mas "fun" to drive padin ang may paddle shifter (If automatic). Share ko lang Though i really like the trunk size of the CX5 and the antenna, sa XV naman yung wheels. I'd still choose the paddle shifter. Just my opinion. It's for you to try nadin -> sa pagkakaalam ko kasi walang paddles and CX5 and XV, so if meron useless itong last paragraph ko. Good day guys! =p

There should be something wrong with the remote. Mine is still using the same battery that came with the car and its nearly two years old na.

Mukhang may problema sa controls mo bro.
Sa battery, 1.5yrs na yung sa akin e hindi pa ako nagpapalit at hanggang ngayon ok pa rin sya.

Experience ko rin tungkol sa paghandle ng battery in relation to my digicam, pag naka-stay sa car yung digicam na hindi nagagamit ay mas mabilis maubos ang charge.

Suggest ko, kung iiwanan mo yung car mo for a long period at lalo sa initan o mainit yung lugar, pull-out mo yung battery, ilagay sa plastic at sealed. Pag gagamitin saka mo na lang ikabit yung battery.

Mahal pala ang battery, 700 meaning naka 10k ka na sa battery nyan?!

Guys, I had my HID retrofit by Gary Quizon today, and it's their first ASX. It took them seven hours to do it. Now I can do out of towns and not dread going home at night on unfamiliar roads. And I don't have to blind others on the other side of the road. It's not cheap but I guess you really get what you pay for. Here are some photos.

Textmate, do you have a picture(side by side) of the oem projectors against gary's?

I assume they replaced your oem (7hrs?!). Where did they securely attached the ballasts?

Also, hi and lo ba pinagawa mo?

Halos 1s a week ko nalang yun nagagamit eh nagka ganun. Nung pinalitan naman nila yung battery. Gumana agad. I doubt kasi na sasabihin nila na may problem sa unit kapag gumagana na kapag pinalitan battery =.= or would you suggest a good casa? Walang kwenta kasi sa carworld marilao eh.under warranty pa naman asx ko till next month.

Koya, I have no idea how they set it up. Basta may narinig akong matagal na grinding, pukpok, etc. sa loob ng room. Hehe. They gave me back my halogen projectors.

This is a Stage 3 bi-xenon, which uses a solenoid for the high beam. It has Philips Germany 85122+ D2S bulbs, plus free amber LED park light. They also retained my original high-beam bulb in the reflector. OA na ang quad. At namumulubi na 'ko.

Gary calls it "Stage 3 OEM HID Projector Retrofit" and says it's not a "boxed kit." He also says "only the best parts are used" and claims it will match or surpass the setup on the SE.

P.S. All the photos are low-beam lighting, no fog lights.

sir check mo muna yung battery itself, kung may tester ka, yan kasi ang problem ng frequency based audio remote, kung yung usual na route/area mo eh nakakaapekto sa frequency nung audio remote mo, you need to reset it once in a while. sakin kasi tested ko may isang location na every time na nandun ako, ayaw talaga gumana yung audio remote. kung may cruise control yung unit mo sir pwede lagyan ng connection yan, but if wala, negative. but kahit connected na directly to battery, if the frequency interference, hindi rin gagana yan

How much damage mo at ano specs? Watts/lumens, etc. Mukhang sa loob ba nilagay hindi sa labas (sorry malabo mata ko), if sa loob - hindi ba nahirapan yun installer lutuin yun headlights (adhesive)?

Yes sir sa loob po yun installation na ginawa. mga 3 hours ginawa, dun natagalan sa opening ng headlights ginamitan nila ng blower para lumambot at maghiwalay then madali na paglagay nun Led strip. 2300 lahat gastos me charge yun pagopen ng headlights pero yun LED strips mura lang naman

the stock halogen projectors are with pipefish. yes it was replaced with a bixenon HID projector. the ballasts were attached oem style, i.e rigidly mounted under the headlights. yes LO and HI or bixenon yung projectors na kinabit. The headlight levelling is still functional. Yes a proper retrofit will take this long, and we have done more than 150 cars already. Pag gawa at pag latag nung wiring harness will take 2 hours already.

Hi sir, chineck ko na using voltmeter. ubos talaga yung battery. 3 volts dapat sya. 0.1 nalang yung karga. simot na simot. GLS 4x2 ASX ko pre.

Pa check mo sa winterpine-main(aurora). Ganyan montero ko dati, a few months lang simot ang battery sa steering wheel. Me pinalitan sila na mga wires ata, ayun since then buhay pa remote ko.
