Yep. Advantage sa kanya kasi me mga guide na dun that matches his etacs model/code. There's a passcode needed for you to make changes sa etacs. (Yun nakapost dun invalid for my etacs-so far). The software itself runs perfectly on xp w/o antivirus. Buti I have a spare old lappy that I can use - mahirap patakbuhin yun software nya on virtual machine (xp under win7).

Yun intermittent settings ng wiper sa likod customizable din, by default 8secs yun interval.

I was reading the million-page manual and discovered that you can customize unlocking (just the driver door instead of all doors) when using the remote. While in the driver's seat, make sure the car is in OFF mode, then open the door; press and hold the lock on the remote for ~4 seconds, then press unlock; Release lock button, then release unlock button. One chime means all doors and the tailgate unlock when you press the remote's unlock button. Two chimes mean only the driver door unlocks.
Hehehe. At kung gusto mo i-unlock lahat nang doors, pindutin mo lang 'yung unlock button nang dalawang beses. Eto pa pala, pwede palang palitan 'yung fuel consumption to km/liter imbes na liters/100 km from the settings menu. Before, panay ang compute ko sa isip para makuha ang km/liter. Hehe.
And did you know that you can change the sound of the turn-signal lever? Mas gusto ko nga lang 'yung default.
May paraan kaya patunugin 'yung horn during locking/unlocking? Parang wala sa manual, pero sa Outlander yata pwede 'yun.

Country specific yan mga yan. Some by default activated by the dealer.
Yun iba naman wala mismo yun 'hardware' that controls a particular feature. Although makikita mo sa diagnostic software me abang - not present or "absent" ang naka display.![]()

re: technicians, nasa management din yun pag push/educate sa kanila. Majority naman sa kanila hindi tech-savvy peeps or resourceful.
On the management side naman, you can't blame them if they don't spend much on personnel development kasi of fear na kapag magaling na,iiwanan sila or mapirata.
