Wow, congrats, ang galing nga ng SA mo, hehe. Nag-inquire ka lang, aba, may instant GTA ka na. What gas did you use? Sa Mitsu Marcos Highway kasi, Caltex Silver yung nilagay sa kukunin kong unit, eh I'm thinking of switching to Shell, natatakot lang ako na baka masama ipag-halo yung gas. Also, may ideal break-in period daw ba yung GTA?

well actually nag inquire ako mga 1 month ago then humingi siya ng letter of intent. yun lang. pag ka labas palang lagay agad ako shell unleaded. di naman sila nag suggest ng break-in period. heheh

share ko lang... pinalagyan ko na ng mighty bond yung antenna, mahirap na, baka may tumira.. actually suggestion yun ng dealer. sila na rin naglagay. baka wala pa mabilhan ng replacement kung mawawala... hope this helps..

isa pang suggestion, kung bibili kayo ng car cover for the lancer ex. yung pang SUV na bilhin nyo. yun kasing pang crv ang ginagamit ko. saktong sakto lang. medyo malaki kasi tong auto natin kaysa ordinary cars.

By the way nakakita na rin ako ng Lancer sa daan sa wakas along here in Pasay Rd in Makati yesterday. Kulay itim wala pang plaka... Nice looking car!

am about a few weeks away from buying a lancer but i still have a couple of questions. sensya na. noob sa lancer e. the last one i owned was a 1981 model.

anyway, here goes:

1. exactly what info is available from that center screen (between the tach and speedometer)? tire pressure included? (btw, what's the ideal pressure for the tires of this car? 30psi?)
2. will it take e10 fuel without problems?
3. can i put seatcovers on considering the airbags deploy from the sides of the front seats?
4. how does the "sport" mode work? can i switch to this mode even if the car is moving already? or do i have to stop first then switch? also in sport mode, can i shift even without releasing the gas pedal?
5. do i have to have the alarm activated sa casa?
6. what brand are the stock tires used?
7. are there any issues with the vehicle that i should be aware of?

(btw, what's the ideal pressure for the tires of this car? 30psi?) - sir, maraming info ang makikita dito. pwede mong i set na ave speed and fuel consumption ang lalabas, pwedeng indicator kung kailangan na ng service, pwedeng i set na magkakaroon ng reminder na kung naka 2 oras ka na na nagbabyahe ay kailangan mo na ng coffee break, pwedeng kung gaano pa karaming gas ang natitira sa tank, etc. marami pang ibang pwedeng ilagay. multi function display ito. 30psi naman usually.

2. will it take e10 fuel without problems? - nakalagay sa manual na compatible ito with e10.

3. can i put seatcovers on considering the airbags deploy from the sides of the front seats? - although binibigay ng casa yung seatcover for free, ina advise nila na wag na ikabit kasi di magdedeploy yung airbag sa harap. di pa nila alam kung paano ito magagawan ng paraan. remember, this is the first car dito na may airbag na lumalabas sa upuan

4. how does the "sport" mode work? can i switch to this mode even if the car is moving already? or do i have to stop first then switch? also in sport mode, can i shift even without releasing the gas pedal? - ang advise kasi is aapak sa break kung gagalawin yung kambyo. pwede sir mag plus minus (kambyo o paddle shift kahit di bumibitaw sa gas.

5. do i have to have the alarm activated sa casa? - di na sir. activated na yung alarm, di lang talaga sya tumutunog pag inactivate yung lock.
