Bro kung order from the US, masyado ba magastos sa tax? Ganda nito eh.

The TSD VEPR rifle is no longer available.

You can, however, get the *most refined* production AK for $1850. * almost 6 lbs

    RD 500/700

that's the one from the video in the previous page.

Krebs custom AKs are much more expensive and heavier.

yes mas mahal yan pag galing us at goodluck trying to find someone who'll want to ship it here.:bwahaha: anyway mas mura pa kung bibili ka na lang accessories para jan. for me an ak is supposed to be kept stock and not riced out, kung gusto mo mga bling bling sa baril mag m4/m16 ka na lang.

Says the man who runs an optic in his AK. So yeah, put at least an Ultimak rail on it. Or just use the side rail mounted optics.

and in if you look at the bigger picture, it's impossible to own an AK in true stock form in the US. They have to have US aftermarket parts to be 922r compliant :S

Don't need a quad rail in an AK to be honest. It just puts unnecessary weight :/

One or two is enough ^^

Browning 1911 isn't exactly what I'd consider a "reliable" handgun.

Most preppers prefer Glock. Personally, I'd go for a Makarov/CZ-82/CZ-83 simply because...

For survival, I'd take a nice reliable12 ga. pump action shotgun (like a Mossberg M590) and even a 2nd gen. Glock 17 as long as there's sufficient 9mm ammo and 12ga buckshot shells.

For SHTF situations and dealing with an advancing zombie horde, I'd take something like this:

The AA12 Atchisson Assault Shotgun with a 32-shell drum magazine.

that's because glock is like the ak of pistols, very reliable and next to impossible to break unintentionally.

you do realize that shotguns takes forever to reload right plus recoil is pretty strong so quick follow up shots are hard to do especially on pump action shotguns? that's why most people choose m16 platforms.

Shotgun is one of the most versatile long firearm I want to have in a shft situation. A trained operator will not have a problem loading ammo that is why in tactical trainings, shotgun and a reliable sidearm go hand in hand (watch Magpul The Art of Dynamic Shotgun).

A modern quality shotgun is also like any modern rifle. Recoil is suppressed by upgrading dampening furniture (to make it also look tacticool ) and/or using reduced recoil loads. If 12 gauge is too strong to handle, then use 20 gauge.

Why I want a shotgun? Ammunition and parts is cheap, versatile and readily available anywhere. Stopping power is awesome. It is a highly effective in CQB and if need be, for long range duty (watch hickok45). Shotgun is good at hitting a moving target at 20 to 50 meters and highly destructive at a closer distance. If you want to hit targets 50 meters and beyond, just switch to slug shotshells. It can also be used for hunting small wild game animals for food (using birdshot load) which if you use say a M16 or AK, will completely obliterate your duck meal. You also eliminate the need to carry magazines (unless the shotgun is magazine fed type). It is highly effective at breaching doors and destroying locks. For crowd control, you can use non-lethal loads. Shotguns are easy to field strip and clean on the fly. No other long firearm, can do all of these.

SWAT and special forces always have one in most of their operations (pump or semi-auto). If these guys depend on this all around weapon, I want one for myself as well, for all around use.

The cocking sound of pump shotgun alone creates fear to those at the other end of its barrel.

I prefer Sig over the Glock but… if there were a truly a Zombie Apocalypse, you will want something whose magazines and parts will be easy to find on dead victims. I’m sure you would more easily find Glock parts and mags vs other semi-auto pistols. If that were not an issue, I would realistically go with my Sig P226.

Problem is, as the DVD pointed out, it takes considerably more skill especially switching between slugs and buckshots. That's the price of versatility. In a high stress situation that weapon system can also be a disadvantage...

.22LR on the other hand... may be more than enough considering zombies are unlikely to be carrying armor and you can use the "silent" rounds >.>

Agree with 22lr but isn't it too light to ever inflict serious damage to hordes of attacking bloodthirsty ghouls? Perhaps a 22 Win Mag?

i also prefer the sig over the glock. my edc now is a sig 220 carry. the problem is parts aren't as widely available as glocks. plus it requires more maintenance than a glock. that's why it's hard for me to let go of my g19.

i agree but in a shtf situation shotgun won't be my main weapon, it will only serve as a secondary weapon for me. i already have an armscor shotgun which is very reliable. but like i said it isn't as easy to use compared to a pistol or rifle. there is no way you can reload a shotgun as quick as an m16 or a pistol where you can reload it in less than a second. i love shotguns because it can breach doors easily and really do a lot of damage at cqb situations and the variety of ammo loads available for it but again as much as i love it i wouldn't choose it as my main weapon.

glad that you brought up the .22LR anyone who doubts the power of this round should do a lot of research. there is a reason why this is the number one choice of assassins till this day. it's been mossads execution caliber for decades. it's the only caliber that can be silenced properly.

i've seen a video on youtube where a guy shot a chicken wrapped in jeans and a flannel at 100 yards and it ****ed that chicken up, just imagine what it would do to your head.

since zombies can only be killed with a head shot .22lr is very effective against zombies here's why.

    high velocity for long range
    quiet for being a gunshot
can be dead accurate at long range
only caliber that can be silenced to the point that it only sounds like an airsoft gun
only caliber that you can bring thousands of it at the same time because of how light it is
even a child can handle the recoil
since the recoil is very light follow up shots are quick and accurate

before doing a lot of research i also doubted the capability of the .22lr but after doing my research i was really impressed by it.
