I thought IP addresses going through DHCP are not static. They should change regularly.

I post regularly from 4 different devices (desktop PC, laptop, netbook, iPad Mini 2). Each should have a different IP. They should have the same subnet (at home) although the laptop and iPad Mini 2 can have different ones because I take them with me often to different parts of town and use whatever free WiFi hot spots are available (book stores, mall, campus, etc).
