What time I should go home to avoid traffic. And whether I should I get the car washed despite the rain because it's been a couple weeks since the last one.

10 pm sigurado wala ng traffic
3-4pm para daylight pa at di masyado traffic

Left the hotel at 3:30 then went straight to puregold bought some chocolates and chips. Ate pizza at S&R then umalis ako 4:30. Chillax mode 80-90kmh drive.

Pagdating ko ng bocaue super heavy rain! Zero visibility at piyesta nanaman mga hazard lights drivers.

Arrived at balintawak around 6:30. Diretso pa ako makati to fetch the wife.

Unforgiving talaga mga chokepoints sa edsa due to the utrurn slots.

Ay mali due to the balasubas drivers, 5 lanes all taking the uturn!

Even if it's raining, it's still good to get the car washed at least once a week. Remove the grime, acid, minimize scratches and build up of muck. In my case, when it's raining i hose off the car and wheel wells when i arrive home at the end of the day.

* traffic, the traffic at 10pm now on EDSA is like rush hour traffic pa rin. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I like the design but i want to greatly shorten the height of the stilts. Cut and fill? Loft type for the last room? Change orientation (yikes). Its a beach escape.

^ that Cebu house really got into you huh? Too many floating floors if you ask me, what if a jolter happens? I'd say 3/4 of the house is cut and fill, while the remaining is on stilts. Just to be on the safe side of things.
