Di pa na i-implement po yan batas, ganyan ang isa sa reason for selling ng mga nagba-buy and sell ng mga 2nd hand na sasakyan po, I have notice it 6 years ago.

nagpost ako sa FB regarding (or related) sa no "garage, no car" policy or proposal...I posted na sana gawan din ng paraan ng LGUs to build a parking facility (which is highly impossible due to lack of space in Metro Manila) for those cars parked on the street, then someone commented sa post ko na "bakit ibabaling mo pa sa gobyerno ang paggawa ng parking facility?"

well, hindi na ako reply back sa comment niya. Guilty ako because isa ako sa mga nagpapark sa kalye and yung house na tinitirhan namin has no garage, but of course, at the same time, magiging hassle din na maghanap ng pwedeng maparkingan na hindi maabala ang motoring public.

I commend the MMDA though, for the efforts para mapaluwag kahit papano ang already congested Metro Manila roads.

I've seen a lot, ganun ang RFS, pero hindi alaga naman karamihan ng car na binebenta. Lalo na nuong mag-scout ako ng bibilhin nuon.

The rules and regulations of these villages and subdivisions are by default or at a minimum, city or municipal or national laws....

Like the building code,- at a minimum or by default,- it is referred to the city/national building code and the subdivision/village can augment or impose a stricter rule....

Hindi puwedeng maging selective ang batas....

Hindi puwede ang meet-up... Dapat alam mo kung saan nakatira mismo para kung may aburido,- alam mo kung saan sila babalikan.....

Stems from the general notion that cars with a roof over it, are not prone accelerated wear and tear... And which I personally endorse.

Right. Di na sakop, lalo na kung private. Unless categorized as under public villages and subdivision in a Local Government.

That is the ongoing debate bro...

And the winner,- the villages... That's jurisprudence,- IIRC wih a plush village in Makati....

However, the argument was,- if they are indeed private roads, then the village should pay "real estate tax for them",- they are not.... If they do not pay,- then by default,- they should be considered public roads... Sounds fair to me....

made a wrong move kanina (took mercedes route) from east service road going to c.raymundo (cor. stella) lang. took me 1 hour, dapat nag legaspi nalang ako
