Uls. Dikit na sa spilling level yung tubig. May parating na bagyo.

And they ignored the recommendation of experts made months ago pa. From the article:

Babblers said MWSS was advised by a technical working group (TWG) to keep La Mesa Dam’s water level between between 72 meters and 73 meters two to three months months ago when PAG-Asa announced the onset of La Nina. The TWG advising MWSS includes hydro experts from the National Power Corporation, National Irrigation Administration and and National Water Resources Board.

MWSS, however, <ignored> TWG’s advice and kept water levels at 79 meters, or a few millimeters short of the 80.15-meter spilling level.
    How about some accountability.

Kung in the pipeline na sana yung weir project proposal ng Japanese less pressure na to hoard water in the future.

i recall 2 to 3 months ago the authorities were worried about water shortage

it's understandable why they didn't want to release water during that time

    mahirap mag ipon

up until recently Angat dam was below minimum operating level

    hindsight is 20/20

    -

oo may problema siguro dam management

pero understand ko why they didn't wanna release precious water

    -

understand ko din dahil sa trahedya people needed someone to blame

it reminds me of the PNR and the nasasagasaans ng tren nila along the manila segment.

"why are you criticizing us? we have right of way. hindi dapat sila nagtatayo ng bahay sa along da riles."
what we now see at present of pnr's sampaloc segment, is a very vast improvement over what it was before.

Ang daming online seller na "selling for a cause". Ilan kaya totoo dyan. Mas maganda yung sa coast guard, food and water lang, no money is accepted.

"selling for a cause" = my cause.
"charity begins at home" = my home. my charity. "dr. d, incorporated."
    heh heh.

    years ago,
we were lunching out at a fastfood in QC, when we were approached by this young lady, seeking donations for a cause.
some months later, we were lunching in another venue fastfood, when we were approached by this young lady, asking for donations for another cause. wifey said, "haven't i seen you before, in ...? but i vaguely remember your cause was different that first time. i am good at faces."
she denied it, but she walked away.

Isabela Gov blames abscbn for not sending teams right away to their province and disseminating needed info, forgetting that it's his brother who vice- chaired the committee w/c snuffed the station's franchise.

Black rice? Haven't tasted that yet, I've tried brown and red, and for a time, I went with brown because it's easier to cook/master the best fluffy texture, so I could control my rice intake. Pag white, malakas ako masyado.

So how does black rice compare?

brown kami for more than 10 yrs before we switched to black in 2017 because my exKuya said it had the lowest glycemic index. I am not good at describing flavors pero it has the strongest flavor (?) among brown and red rice saka kapag hindi maganda luto ang pangit talaga! haha!

    cathey,

white rice kasi is more starchy easier to digest than brown rice na meron pa bran and germ kaya nutty pinipig flavor.

yeah mas may flavor talaga pag brown/red/black. Pero once in a blue moon when I am craving for fried rice nagpapagawa ako sa bahay

Tama, may nutty flavor nga similar to whole wheat bread

try mo pink rice. Mas madali sa sikmura kaysa red rice.
