    Dito sa laguna.. Raining since this morning... Iyong wind hindi naman malakas.., Sana ganyan na lang ang lakas hanggang makalampas si RUBY..

    As per mang tani.....85kph na lang sya. Tumama na sa laiya batangas * 5:45pm.

    Ambon lang at mahinang hangin dito sa cavite. Bed weather.......

    South MM, not really heavy rain and wind is not that strong... It is good that the typhoon has weakened...
