As per GMA7, there's a new weather disturbance near guam & might intensify into a LPA, & might enter the PAR on thurs.

Pero yung prediction nila na uulan ng malakas sa Manila kaya marami nag evacuate from Baseco hindi dumating ang malakas na ulan.. nag lagay pa ng sand bag sa Roxas Blv.. Sa susunod hindi na naman mag evacuate yang mga nasa coastal area ng manila..
