    Babblers said MWSS was advised by a technical working group (TWG) to keep La Mesa Dam’s water level between between 72 meters and 73 meters two to three months months ago when PAG-Asa announced the onset of La Nina.
    i recall 2 to 3 months ago the authorities were worried about water shortage

    yes sabi dadating ang la nina pero sumasablay ang mga forecast

    it's understandable why they didn't want to release water during that time

    up until recently Angat dam was below minimum operating level

    pero understand ko why they didn't wanna release precious water

    understand ko din dahil sa trahedya people needed someone to blame
