while going down sa amorsolo exit noticed na mababa yun clouds may mga buildings na hindi mo kita yun most top part niya mas mataas pa siya dun sa clouds

Passable pa naman but the water flow is strong at some portions (near the gutter).

*CVT: mukhang by Tuesday or Wednesday, wala nang wax yung tsikots ko.

PNR suspends operations due to floods

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Railways (PNR) on Monday suspended operations as heavy rains continued to bring floods in Metro Manila.

“All trips are cancelled as of this hour due to floods in different areas. Sorry for the inconvenience,” the PNR said on its Twitter.
