    Weather forecast says "generally cloudy"

Let it stay that way, please.

354-kph Supertyphoon ‘Hanna’ to hit PH | Inquirer News

What has developed into the world’s strongest typhoon so far this year will enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday morning but will spare the country from landfall.

    Sensational journalism.

what rain? we had to water the plants, to keep them from wilting...

    but you know what..?
ever since molopisya appeared, we here seem to have been having less than our usual share of rains... many times, radio reports say it is raining heavily and already flooding in... just 5 km away.. but not a drop in our neighborhood..

That's what rainshowers are. They're locally heavy where they're falling. Adjacent areas may not see any rain at all.

Watch out for this. It devastated Saipan and it's on its way between Luzon and Taiwan

By this time, the storm is still heading Taiwan thus your flight will not be affected. Normally, commercial planes fly at higher altitude way above the storm.
