    Found this website that shows cloud movement and density.

    WunderMap® | Interactive Weather Map and Radar | Weather Underground

    In addition to google earth ito ang tinitignan ko para makapag estimate kung uulan ba ng malakas or hindi.

    As of this time ung malaking cloud ay over batangas, sa estimate ko after lunch hanga gabi over Metro Manila na, kaya wag po sasabay sa rush hour (5pm).

    Kung meron dyan taga Dasmarinas City paki confirm lang kung buhos ang ulan sa inyo, reference sa satellite photo asa ibabaw nyo ung cloud. (para malaman natin kung on-time ba ung satellite photos)

    Nag press briefing sa Malacanang...inamin nila na may nakiusap na Local Goverment Units idelay ang relocation ng mga IS sa esteros DAHIL SA ELECTIONS. Nung tinanong sino, ayaw sabihin...SECRET! Kasalanan nga ni PNoy...hehehe.

    I didn't know that google earth has live satellite images?

    Aquino flood plan: Move 20,000 families this year

    Singson revealed that the process was delayed because of a request of some local officials.

    “We have wanted to do this but there were many who requested not to do it before the elections and now they want to delay it again because of the barangay elections but we will no longer allow that. We will have to do something immediately,” Singson said.

    The public works chief though could not identify which local officials made the request, saying it was just based on “anecdotes.”

    Delayed sha kaya estimate lang ang pwede gawin kung saan papunta, pero meron din websites na kahit papaano meron feed ng cloud movements.

    So combine mo ung mga info na yan para makapag-decide ka kung time to go home na ba or pwede kang mag OT.
