iba naman effect ng sleepasil, hinihilo ka para antukin. iba ang effect ng melatonin kasi hormone siya, ibabalik nya yung natural sleep cycle. BUT it takes maybe 3-8 days bago bumalik yung natural sleep cycle mo (depends on age) kaya don't expect a miracle from the first pill. and what is good with melatonin is that it induces the body to produce it's own melatonin, so after a while you might not even need it.

we used to do that sa office.. one and a half hour and lunch break you can take a nap at close ang office lights but that was 8 years ago, didn't notice na umikli na nga ng 1 hour ang break, di ka pa maka-nap sa dami ng trabaho..
buti pa sa europe syesta talaga after ng lunch.

There are times na pinag-aawayan namin ng gf ko yun pagiging antukin ko. Paano kasi, may times na kahit magka-chat kami, eh inaantok ako, lalo na pag pumatak na yun quarter to ten. Basta hindi ko lang siya na-inform na inaantok ako at bigla akong nakatulog, ayun na :um:. Tapos yun upuan ko pa sa kwarto eh yun nakakaantok na klase. Minsan nga, masandal lang ako, tulog, at nahuli ako ng gf ko nun personally nung nag-eedit kami sa bahay.
