Usually, dapat one breast part can last you 2 meals if gagawa ka ng sandwich.
I can teach you how: buy gardenia, then buy organic lettuce sa supermarket, then buy a simple dressing like ranch or vinigrette, then chop the breast parts into pieces, slice s tomato if you like, then add a slice of cheese, kahit eden pwede na. Cruton lagyan mo din if you want to add something solid to what you're eating
At first eat like 4 full sandhwiches per meal, that"s too much I know but you need to train your appetitie. One month of this and next month, palagay ko sa sawa mo 1 1/2 sandwich ok na.
You can substitute beef meat vs, the chicken breast. Slice it n dice it too. Para naman may variety. Or buy a Purefood Cooked Ham.
