Now that's white meat. Ngaun, I know your problem parang kulang kelangan mo mag training mag-fasting at gutomin ang tummy mo. Dapat kasi isang breast lang busog ka na if you are under doctor's order

Usually, dapat one breast part can last you 2 meals if gagawa ka ng sandwich.

I can teach you how: buy gardenia, then buy organic lettuce sa supermarket, then buy a simple dressing like ranch or vinigrette, then chop the breast parts into pieces, slice s tomato if you like, then add a slice of cheese, kahit eden pwede na. Cruton lagyan mo din if you want to add something solid to what you're eating

At first eat like 4 full sandhwiches per meal, that"s too much I know but you need to train your appetitie. One month of this and next month, palagay ko sa sawa mo 1 1/2 sandwich ok na.

You can substitute beef meat vs, the chicken breast. Slice it n dice it too. Para naman may variety. Or buy a Purefood Cooked Ham.

    ----

And please stay away from KFC or Mcdo or Jollibee Chicken, buy andok's, S&R or baliwag chicken if you are in really need of breast

The chicken breast will only make him even more hungry, and therefore, a tendency to overeat or worse, less food intake and it will aggravate the situation. he needs something solid to curb the stomach kasi hindi used ang stomach nya sa all protein diet,

I said gardenia bec. it's the safest of all commercial available cheap bread.

I know that situation. It wont work per advice of doctor. Those breast diet will only work if you have a heavy exercise / workout in the mix,

sabi nila eh pwede daw gardenia whole wheat (the green one) since its a complex carbs, takes time to turn to sugar so no sugar spike. on the other side, "whole wheat" tag sa bread is just marketing lang daw. i dont know which is true, but i just limit to 2 sloce of whole wheat bread per meal just to be sure.

thanks for the suggestions, actually this diet started 3 months ago, already lost 10 kilos because of it. used to be overweight, now my BMI is just spot on, lost my big belly, all just because of staying away from carbs and sugar. uoi are right about the appetite. rice used to be a big part of my meal and by eliminating it, left a wide gap on my meal satisfaction. what i usually use as a filler now is vegetables. pag nagluto ng pakbet or chopseuy sa bahay, halos kalahati ng kaldero eh one meal ko kagad.

Ayus yan sir. Mga foods na simple lang/organic and healthy at nakaka busog:

    Eggs, lalo na boiled
Corn and carrots on the side
    Milk
    Saging

Before eating your meal try 1 or 2 glasses of milk or water + 1 banana. Tapos 1 boiled egg and corn and carrots on the side. Then ung chicken breast mo. Walang maidudulot na masama yan sir, pam pa busog and healthy pa.

Maganda raw yung sab-a saging pag kinain ng hilaw...i tried, medyo mapakla. i prefer boiled, but some also suggested roasting them

Very cheap too; i bought a small bunch at 45 pesos, fed 5 people ^_^

Do watch the sugars with bananas though

I like Uncle George pa rin. And surprisingly the whole wheat bread of SM bonus is so good.

My Mom buys her flaxseed bread in Sabio. It's very healthy.

Was at Servitek Las Piņas this morning when I decided to get coffee from the Nescafe vendo. 1st coffee I decided to try was the sugarless white coffee na walang kalasa lasa kahit kape. May langgam pa. Di ko inubos, inisip ko baka may problem lang with the flavor. Next I was going to try the caramel machiatto but the machine didn't want to dispense the drink at ang masama tsaka lang nagsalita yung manager na may problem yung machine. I couldn't get my Php20 bill back so I just pressed the 3-in-1 button and that worked. Ang dami nanaman langgam sa drink. Sabi ko dapat di niyo na pinapagamit kung alam niyong may deperensya. Ang sabi lang niya di daw kasi sa kanila yun. I wanted to pour the coffee at her.

Ako naman I aim for failure. Kasi so manh things you csn learn from failure, like running away from jobs and responsibilities. Do it many times, and you will realize not to complicate things
