Caught Lorna Kapunan on UKG earlier. When the hosts confronted her about her client ransacking the husband's house, including the contents of a safe, she explained that it's not ransacking, since she knew the combinations of the safe, and she had access to the keys.

    By that logic:

-- it's not trespassing when somebody walks through your unlocked front door
-- it's not robbery when you leave your car door unlocked and somebody steals your bag
the more i hear of this over the radio, the more i feel that the wife simply wants to get her hands on the money.
i do not think the wife is concerned over the country's interest.

If you can't help throwing up, please throw up in the toilet bowl, not the sink.

it adds to the cost of manufacture.
and it is also "hassle", as it detracts from the owners' ease of getting things in and out.

    get a small lock.

Online sellers that don't post the price, instead e PM sent. I belong to a group na bina ban na yung mga "PM sent" members

Bakit iba ba presyo depende sa tao? Sa Shopee or Lazada na lang ako para transparent sa price.

getting one's foot thru the door is the first step at selling.
advertising one's price, might turn off some buyers who will notice that your price is higher than others' prices.
also, the competition may notice and undercut the seller.

it's like advertising your car for sale, by not showing pictures to indicate it is black-colored.

BTT: Mga taong maingay I HATE HATE HATE it! I can't take people who talk and laugh loud especially at the work place.

Here we go again. This woman sitting beside us in the restaurant is talking too loud. Ang arte pa magsalita. I really feel sorry for the woman/couple sitting beside her. None of us in the surrounding table can converse because her mouth is too overpowering.

Unbelievable! I wonder if she is aware. Alam ko na na 3 hrs ang biyahe ni Randy from MOA to Marikina. Wtf! No manners at all!

2.5 hrs from park square 1 parking to BGC.

That's 1.5 hrs just to exit the parking building. Sobrang palpak ng gawa dahil pag exit sa toll stop light agad. Kaya ipit lahat ng parking hanggang taas

Kind of a gripe. I was with my boss the other day when he opened the door for someone and said good morning. The girl did not say anything so my boss looked at me and said something like she did not even reply. Naisip ko rin, what's wrong with that person

And then yesterday he brought it up again, how come when he comes in the office and says good morning to people, nobody responds, or they just put their head down. OMG. I did not know what to say because at home we also say good morning. I just told him maybe they are shy because you are from head office?

I honestly don't know why these people do not respond. I think it is so RUDE to keep quiet (even if you are shy) when someone greets you good morning

I hate seeing people na NR pag grineet.

I make it a point to greet back if merong nag greet sa akin, be it a guard, janitor, or just some random stranger i meet sa daan.

So rude not to greet back.

and why it seem so hard for other peeps to say a simple "thank you,,,"?
just noticed it at restos, banks , malls or anywhere that other people could have served you, parang ang bigat sa loob nilang magpasalamat man lang.
a simple thank you with a smile would make a lot for those tired peeps.

Exactly! It's so rude. In the case of our VP, I think they really are just shy. I'm also extremely shy but I don't let my shyness make me a rude person.

And I agree that it does not matter who the person is, you have to answer when someone greets you.

Same here. I am even extra nice to blue collar workers because they are doing hard jobs.

Pag nagpapakarga ako ng fuel sa sasakyan,- kahit dito sa Pinas,- bumababa ako... To stretch and to have small talk.... and more importantly, make sure that the right fuel is used....
