Bought a set of "tactical" flashlights for what i thought was a steal. The specs clearly indicated they were waterproof.

After washing one off, i found that the water had seeped into the enclosure housing the LED light -- no rubber fittings, metal on metal.

The dangers of being a cheapskate i suppose.

Went to the manila intl book fair *smx. Lines were very long at kung saan-saan lumiliko sa Fully Booked (which we think is the only worthwhile store to check out). Anyway, I think we got some nice discounts on all books that we got.

Majority ng stalls puro religious publications kaya wala masyadong ma-browse na stalls.

Opened up my wireless mouse just now, found that the bundled batteries had leaked and corroded the terminal -- wala pang 4 months usage. Still working though

Better get some contact cleaner and clean that up. Tuluy-tuloy nang magko-corrode yan unless you clean it regularly.

Corollary to that bro,- the supposed high capacity Eneloop batteries that I am currently using are not high capacity after all... Or, the wireless mouse that I am currently using has degraded in its active and sleep/standby current consumption.

BTT: 3 hours of straight meeting is just too taxing,- and I am practically just one of the passengers in these encounters... Oh well....
