Customer service has so far been okay. Thank goodness both are still under warranty.
Got a visit from Panasonic tech. Seems the bearing assembly needs replacing. The motor is okay and nothing's jammed in the tub. Bad news is the unit needs to be pulled out. Hopefully, they get the spare part first before pulling it out para saglit lang mawala ang washer namin.

Called it in 2 days before the warranty expires, whew!
