Our LG misbehaved again after a month of smooth sailing. Called in techs from a 3rd party service provider and LG PH.

The 3rd party tech was obviously not an expert with my particular model and he couldn't find anything wrong with it. Luckily when the LG tech arrived I had evidence of the malfunction. We loaded the machine for a test run and confirmed that there was an issue with the drying cycle. Pumps, inlets, and heater element were all ok leaving him to conclude that the mainboard needs looking at. He'll be back with the parts and hopefully that finally fixes it.

3 years pa lang of almost daily use. I agree too early for a board issue. Usually it's the pumps that go first but no errors were reported and the cycle completed.
