Kaya pala eh. Pag kumakain ka more than 3 times a day, pampabilis ng metabolism yun. Gawin mo normal na lang na 3x/day na big meals. Pampataba talaga yan, damihan mo ng rice. Mag centrum ka din, lakas pataba nito. If wala pa din effect yang mga yan, try taking Whey Protein. Available naman to sa mga GNC outlets.
